"I have been a gig delivery driver picking up orders from this restaurant for years, and I’ve always appreciated the great staff and service. Unfortunately, my experience today was not up to that standard. Before I left the store, I noticed that something seemed to be missing from the customer’s bag. I asked one of the employees about it—unfortunately, I don’t know her name—and instead of handling the situation professionally by simply checking again, she responded with an attitude that felt unnecessary. If I had been the customer in that situation, I would have reported her behavior to the management right away for being unprofessional."

Food was OK but my order was incorrect. I would highly suggest going in store when ordering from this location they always seem to mess up the delivery orders.

The use of fresh ingredients makes this a fantastic spot for sandwiches! I've also noticed that the staff is consistently friendly and appears to enjoy their work.

I ordered the King Club through doordash and I knew that it would be big but it was WAY bigger than I expected! Really good portion size for the price, I got a side of potato salad that was really good too! View menu

My previous experiences have been mediocre; however, today was TOP NOTCH. Hadlie was so professional and courteous. I was absolutely glad I decided to get McAlister's for dinner tonight. I give accolades where they are due and NR Hills McAlister's gets 10stars

We ordered the king club with potato salad, the Rachel with chili and the chopped Savanna salad. Along with carrot cake and their sweet tea. Everything was perfect and their little touches of wrapping the chili and potato salad and the extra ice with the tea was very appreciated!

The entire staff is amazing! I often make last-minute catering orders (not intentionally), and they always go above and beyond to accommodate my requests with outstanding service. They offer prompt and friendly service, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. Sam, Christian, Nathan, and Torie are truly fantastic!

Burnt bacon on my blt. More like bacon crumbs than actual piece of bacon. Luckily i was still there so i exchanged, slowest service ive ever seen at any mcallister. Only good thing is they remake my blt. I ordered extra bacon but just look like regular. My side is fruitcup ended up to be mac n cheese. No pickles either. Wont come back. I will spend my 15$ lunch else where next time.
