"I usually enjoy this place, but their customer service has been really disappointing lately! I arrived a bit early at 10:25, knowing they open at 10:30. I asked when they would be opening, and they said in about five minutes, so I waited. After a few minutes, when I went back in, I was told it would actually be another six minutes because they were on a different, slower schedule. I understand that things can get behind, but it’s frustrating to be told one thing and then have to wait longer. It would have been better if they had just been honest from the start and said they wouldn’t be opening for a while instead of making me wait."

I paid $8.29 for a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup only to receive a half filled small cup size. This is the second time this has happened with my order at this location.

The food was fantastic! There was no wilted lettuce at all. The bread was fresh and delicious. Everything was flavorful! My 10-year-old said his fruit salad was amazing, with none of the mushy fruit found at the bottom.

I ordered the New Steak Peppers sandwich, but it barely had any steak and only two small pieces of bell pepper. I ended up returning it for a refund. They also didn't have the side I wanted. The manager appeared annoyed by my return. I've been to this location before, but I won’t be coming back again.

I was surprised to find out that when you order sides, they don't actually come with your meal. I hope the staff in the kitchen are getting treated well. My boyfriend mentioned that he never gets his sides when he dines here either. My sandwich was cold, even though I ordered it inside the restaurant and waited for it to be prepared.

The salad could have used more dressing; there wasn't even an option to order extra as a side. I was willing to pay for more but didn't have that choice. The Gorgonzola on my Savanna salad was a bit overwhelming, but it was still a tasty salad. The Godiva cheesecake, on the other hand, was AMAZING! Always satisfies my cravings. The food was excellent, but my experience took a turn when I needed to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper and no soap. I can't believe a restaurant wouldn't clean the bathrooms daily. It seemed like they hadn't been checked for at least a week, as both industrial rolls were empty. I had to make do with paper towels. The fast food is good, but the staff really needs to pay more attention to the bathrooms.

We were initially unsure about dining here due to some reviews we had read, but the food was fantastic! The service was efficient and remarkably patient, especially considering the restaurant was understaffed and had just finished a busy lunch rush. A special thanks to Cornell, who took care of us; he truly went above and beyond while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Before we left, we expressed our gratitude to him, and he responded, "It's my pleasure; what matters is that the customer is happy." You don't often encounter this level of dedication anymore.
