"We went to the packing house on Saturday for a celebratory dinner. My husband had never dined here before but I had been before but not for many years. Truth be told, I don’t think the place lived up to what I remembered. Our server was given our table due to someone else being sick or something. The server assistant was good but I think our waiter was a little goofy to be completely frank. He kept telling us weird tangents and talking about going to the dermatologist this week. Very odd. I feel like I know far too much about this man than necessary. Lounge band was decent. Bar staff was quick. Ok now on to the food. Our table had 4 diners total. We split some appetizers which included the escargot , which I felt was the best appetizer, the bacon water chestnuts were good as well, but the crab stuffed mushrooms I felt were too fishy tasting this time, and the French onion soup was so salty that we didn’t even finish it. Salads were decent but more lettuce than anything else, one tomato one cucumber on it. Bread I think was good that was served to the table. As far as entrees, I know you are a steak house, but my husband and I wanted to try some other items. I had the scallops which were tender but the linguine it came with was too buttered I would have preferred a sauce on it. Husband had ribs he liked those but the fries were too soft not crispy enough. Other diners had beef Wellington which I’ve never ate so I don’t know what that is, and a steak but she said it was kind of salty. I didn’t do a dessert I had an after dinner drink of a tom and Jerry that wasn’t made correctly or served in a hot drink cup. I guess I just remember it differently. It was overall decent but I think there’s better choices in town."

"Saw a recommendation for this place and we wanted a cozy and filling dinner that wouldn't break the bank. This absolutely delivered. The service was so good. Our server was so attentive and kind. She apologized that our soup and salad took a few minutes, but we were still eating our appetizer (the Eggplant and Cheesy bread so we didn't care. Food was so good! We had the delicious aforementioned appetizers and soup/salad, and then ordered Chicken Parm and the Lasagna Roll Dinner. The portions are MASSIVE and for $17 to get that big of a portion, 2 garlic bread, and soup was incredible. Our meal INCLUDING wine and apps was $65. We're going back! And we both have other entrees we want to try. And sometime we'll try their pizza."

"I don't usually write restaurant reviews, but this place truly deserves all the praise it can get. Every dish I've tried so far has amazed me, and I plan to keep returning until I've sampled everything on the menu. In particular, their Tom Yum Goong soup is incredible—I might have even joked about wanting to bathe in it! Our server, Clay, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating; I honestly can't recall a time when I've experienced such outstanding customer service. If you haven't visited Bangkok House yet, you're definitely missing out!"

"First time going to Sabrosa since before covid and I was pleasantly surprised that they have an enclosed heated patio! Inside, I was the only one there for an early breakfast, which was perfect for me (nice to have the place to yourself sometimes! . The staff here are wonderful and always coming back to refill your coffee. I got the chilaquiles with roasted chicken, which I liked. I?ve had the huevos rancheros before and that was tasty, too. This is a nice neighborhood spot that also features local artists? work gallery style. Glad they?ve made it this far through the pandemic ? thank you Sabrosa ????"
