Honestly best McDonald’s I’ve been to. I went in and the lovely woman working told me to come to the cash register bc it’s be faster than the machine and gave me a great deal. Also y’all know I love a McDonald’s sprite, burns the mouth so good. Wish I could come back every day

The staff at this restaurant clearly needs proper training. It’s evident that they haven’t been trained adequately, as we ended up without a meal despite paying through the app. The employees seemed completely unaware of their tasks. We waited about 25 minutes only to receive cold food.

The people that work here need to be trained. I can?t even say re-trained because it?s clear they?ve never properly been trained and so now here we are, without the the food we PAID for via the app because the employees have no idea what they?re doing. My experience was average. I had to wait for the fries, and when they finally arrived, they were cold and didn’t seem fully cooked. The texture was chewy, and there was hardly any meat inside the burger. They used to be thick and juicy at every McDonald's, but now they’re just bland. Other places offer better-tasting food for about the same price.

Absolutely terrible. I came in and ordered some crawfish. After a 25-minute wait with no food, I had to go through the drive-thru and leave a quarter tip for a brief visit. When I got home, my partner’s burger was literally raw. I can't wait for someone to call me about this review so that I can find out why the phone line has been down for hours. I was served fairly quickly, and the food was delicious. However, there was an issue when I received my order. The server hardly acknowledged me when she handed me my drink; she was too busy chatting. When she gave me my bag, she didn’t look my way at all and continued talking to her coworkers. I found that to be quite rude and disrespectful. It's important to make eye contact with customers and express gratitude.

My friends and I used the mobile app to place our orders and parked in a designated spot. Since we were each using our points, we ended up having two separate orders. When the woman brought out the first order, which was just a cheeseburger, she threw it towards my friend's face. When she returned with the second order, she said, "If you were going to order all of this, you should have put it in one order instead of having me walk out here multiple times. You know we're busy." All three of us work in fast food and customer service, and we would never treat a customer like that.

They always get orders wrong here ,they don't give napkins, straws ,or the condiments that you ask them for ,very poor management here. I always order from mobile and on my phone says breakfast ends at 10:59 am regardless of location and I ordered a from mobile at 10:00am when I got there the lady brought my order without the side of gravy,and there were no hashbrowns in the bag like I ordered, so I'm having to go inside and tell her ,she says that they quit serving breakfast and it was only 10:15am I told her that it was breakfast time when I ordered it and she got mad that she had to tell the attendant to cook 2 more hashbrowns...I mean this is your job!!!
