"The food was fair in quality, but not for the price. I had their chicken sandwich, which was nearly identical in flavor and quality to KFC's chicken sandwich. Further, we got our room temperature food nearly immediately after ordering which told us that the burger patty and chicken (as well as the fries) had been cooked before and had been waiting for assembly. The experience was a little disappointing too because according to my boyfriend, the food was excellent when he came last year with his friends."

"The blonde bistro had great food! There are gluten-free options. Prices can be on the pricier area but are similar in price compared to other restaurants in this area. The atmosphere was amazing! You can sit outside beside the water, or you can choose to eat inside. During the COVID regulations you wear a mask inside until you sit. To order food, you can order online and mark a meal, or you can go to the window (to wear the mask). Food was really delicious and had great portions!"

"When we first walked in, we were a little uncertain as it was completely empty. But the place filled up quickly letting us know this was a great place. We are pretty sure the waitress was also the cook, but she did a great job of balancing everything. We saw no one else working. The food was amazing- really surprising giving the fact we only saw the cook working. I had the chicken parm and the other dish was a seafood vodka- and as you can see we cleaned out plates. Definitely exceeded expectations. A must try when in town!"

"This restaurant boasts one of the friendliest servers I've ever met! When someone goes out of their way to be warm and welcoming, it really elevates the entire dining experience, doesn't it? Here, you can personalize your burger with a fantastic variety of ingredients. I opted for my burger on a salad, and it was cooked perfectly, just as I requested. The toppings, including peanut butter, jelly, and jalapeños, provided a fun and unique twist. However, the jelly slice dessert was a bit too unconventional for my liking; the crust was rather thick and lacked flavor, so I probably wouldn't order it again. The cookie dough ice cream sandwich also fell short of my expectations, as the dough was overly thick and the ice cream didn't quite deliver on the promised pink frosting animal cookie flavor. Overall, I definitely recommend visiting for the fantastic staff and the burger customization options, but you might want to pass on dessert."

"Found this gem for lunch while driving east on I-80 back to southern NJ. Google Maps caused us to use some wickedly hilly, tiny streets because the entrance door and parking is on a one-way street.Everything about our experience was very nice. I ate way more than I should have and still, sadly, left some of my entree and garlic bread. The huge toss salad with in-house dressing was really excellent!!Driving around town was also very interesting.Thank you to the owner and staff for maintaining this establishment for decades. It was such a pleasure to eat here, and not be stuck with highway chain food and atmosphere."
