What a joy and privilege to feed here!! Our server Aman from Punjabi was a gracious host and server. Her Spicy Shrimps Fritters is the best appetizer I ever had, and my goats Curry has so much spice and taste. My Gf had Tandoori chicken and it was excellent!! If you are ever in Boone, you need HERE!!!

One of the best lunch spots in Boone (and there are a lot of great ones! If you're not sure what to order (I wasn't your waiter will give you good advice. There is a lunch menu, and it is less expensive than the dinner menu. There was no buffet when we went for lunch, but it was still very quick service. Highly recommend!

Mint is easily the best restaurant in Boone. I?ve been here many times but feel compelled to write a review because I?ve never had a bad experience here. We were in Boone searching for Indian food and discovered this restaurant near Blowing Rock. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was closed. They mentioned a staffing issue, but I saw some diners at tables, which left me confused. Regardless, we decided to place an order to go, and I'm glad we did. The food was excellent. We tried the saag and the chicken tikka masala, accompanied by rice and naan.

This place is amazing! It's absolutely my favorite restaurant in Boone. Tonight, they really outdid themselves. We had our dance group's Christmas dinner there, and the service was fantastic, with quick and fresh food! I've never had such a large group (14 people) that didn't have to wait long for their meals. It felt like a typical dinner wait of just two rounds. The food was, as always, delicious!

We had a lovely experience at this Indian restaurant, thanks to the friendly staff. My family sampled both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and I must say the food was delicious. However, the bread and naan were served nearly 10 minutes after the curries and gravies, which was a bit of a wait. The ambiance was average, but the restaurant was quite crowded. My wife and I have spent many years here in a largely South Asian neighborhood in Decatur, GA. The food in Mint was authentic Indian cuisine of the highest order. The ingredients were both fresh and delicious. They were prepared with great care. The staff is exceptional and always attentive. They really care, and of course enjoy what they do. This is the best Indian cuisine I have experienced since my many visits to Durban. Do yourself a favor... go there and often go there. We will. Ron S.

If you are fascinated or just love Indian food, then STEM is a must try destination when you live or go through Boone, NC. This is a family-run Indian restaurant that prides itself on customer service. I can't say enough about the exquisite selection of Indian food. Aman, who also waited for our table and he was extremely helpful to lead us to some of the most delicious popular dishes. We started cooking with an appetizer of the color flour nuggets in a spicy sauce... And then my daughter Tandoori had chicken and I had Lamb Kabobs. The photos do not make this amazing food justice. We will definitely return for many more visits and bring all our friends.

Impressive. Absolutely wonderful food and service from the moment we went. If there is a better restaurant in Boone, I would like to find it because Mint was wonderful. Aman was our server for this visit. He was so attentive and informative. As far as food is concerned, meat dishes were well seasoned, but not excessive. I ordered the vegetables jalfriezie, 4 out of 5 heat levels. It was some of the most perfect Indian food I've ever eaten. The Naan is obviously fresh. We ordered rosemary and bullet naan.
