There was a man who kept hitting the pizza oven tool every time he pulled a pizza out. It was quite shocking and unfortunate for the other staff who had to witness it.

Friendly quick service, but it can get crowded at times. Pizza is consistently tasty and always served right out of the oven. Since pizza is fairly thin crusted, it cools quickly and doesn't travel very well. View menu

Quick and easy pit stop for quickly made, custom single person pizza dishes. Lots of options and cooked well with a variety of end sauces to add extra flavor. Garlic bread is also top notch for those late evening drunchies.

Quality experience at MOD Pizza! The staff kept piling ingredients on my wife's salad that rivaled her buffet sculptures. Our pizza had quality ingredients and was baked just right to a golden brown perfection. The staff was kind, courteous, timely and effective.

My first visit was met with patient and understanding staff. My family and I enjoyed the MOD pizzas with all toppings chosen by three individuals, one of which does not eat cheese. Our experience revealed to us more options for toppings to think about in our next visit. View menu

A reliably good place to get a freshly made custom pizza in very short order (super fast). The staff was friendly and helpful. Had I not been in a bit of a hurry, I would love to have hung out and chatted with them a while. Great location with plenty of parking around, and right outside, there are many places to sit and eat. I will love to hang out here and eat outside some time, but not tonight. It was about 28F when I got my pizza to go.

There's a difference between having a good time at work and being completely unprofessional in front of customers. Service was absolutely horrible. And it was not just one employee. I was not the only customer who was off-put by this. I feel for the several employees that do work there and see this behavior as inappropriate. One employee even apologized to me on my way out. Mod should take a hard look at their entire staff here. Or getting management set straight.

Edit: Mod contacted me to refund for the food I didn't get. Overall, great pizza but we've had some inconsistency in quality when ordering delivery. Just go in person and it'll be great. And definitely beware using the future scheduling in the app. I ordered via their app and scheduled a time since it was a Friday night. When I arrived it was swamped.
