"I’m not a vegan, but Modern Shaman might just change my eating habits. I ordered the nachos, and they were fantastic—I'll definitely be ordering them again! My daughter chose the Alchemy Salad, which was also an excellent choice. As an appetizer, we had the seasoned fried chickpeas. They were warm, crunchy, and absolutely delicious! Since I live nearby, this is definitely a snack I would pick up regularly; I prefer it over popcorn! Our server was friendly and attentive, and we didn’t have to wait long between ordering and receiving our meals. It was a Sunday evening, and the place wasn't busy at all. This eatery is a must-try at least once!"

This place is so cute, and it has GREAT food!!!!! I particularly love the mushroom po-boy. I get takeout from here all the time. I also got tamales from here for Christmas and they were BOMB!

By far my favorite vegan restaurant. They have so much to choose from. Highly recommend the Oyster Tacos, Truffle Fries, Alchemy Bowl, and you can never go wrong with the impossible burger. Definitely give a try, you won’t be disappointed!

The flavors were definitely good, I'll give them that. However, there was a live bug on the tacos in the picture. I asked for them to be remade, but I was still charged the full price. The service could use some improvement, and overall, I found it to be a bit overpriced.

I ordered the vegan Mac and cheese and the truffle fries with two black teas that came in bottles. Both the fries and the Mac were unnecessarily expensive, I’ve been to places with better Mac that costs way less, and the fries barely had any parmesan or cashew créme sauce. Get the Spirit Animal! This huge burger comes with bacon AND mac-n-cheese! It’s my favorite. The No Clucks Given is also tasty- a burger take on mashed potatoes, chicken, and gravy. The salads are tasty, and the desserts never disappoint. The staff are always friendly. Weekends they tend to get busy so if you want to eat right away, make a reservation to stave off the Hanger. Fun fact: the owners own The 6740 pub next door.

Nice appetizer of loaded fries cheezy style. The oy po'boy was a nice size sandwich. Tasted great but I already love most oyster mushroom dishes. Lots of fried chicken options but I avoided since others mentioned they use a commercial Gardein patty. I always liked to look for what a restaurant can create from their own recipes. Did find the mac and cheese disappointing with a few chicken strips and not much flavor and was a bit watery.
