"Very disappointed!! Booked reservation for 3 with my colleagues as we were there for a convention. We were sat down 10min after reservation time even though table was empty. We then waited 12 min prior to anyone bring us a glass of water no menus no drink order. We then waited another 10min and still no staff came to our table so we left very disappointed as we were also staying in Omni and it was a very nice hotel.. So then to try and find somewhere to eat without a reservation was difficult."

I had a reservation for 9-20 9 pm for my boyfriend birthday wen I first got there they told me I didn’t have one I had to pull up the email… the guy was completely rude it ruin our whole night it was late we could find anywhere else to eat at it was poor service unprofessional I was so upset

I am disappointed to say that our breakfast took 50 minutes to arrive at our table due to a lost order. When we finally received our meal, the breakfast potatoes were burnt and inedible. The fried eggs were decent. After informing our waiter about the burnt potatoes on both of our plates, he offered a $7 discount on our $51 bill. Overall, it was not a satisfying dining experience.
