"Local poke has been my go to establishment for poke since it opened down the street from me. We would usually go here at least once a week for our fix. We have been out of the country for the last 3 months and was excited to come back for poke but have noticed the quality has changed. Everything is a lot smaller portion and including the rice. The quality of the fish (tuna, salmon, yellowtail) is not as fresh and you can taste how fishy it is. Even the color of the fish is not the highest quality as it was before. We noticed they don't offer tobiko anymore and even the spicy poke sauce has changed. We are wondering if they changed management. We both had stomach pains within an hour of eating the poke. Sorry but I think we will not be coming back anymore. Bring back the local poke that we have grown to love."

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."

"The more convenient take-out options involved delivery. So I called the restaurant to place my pick up order. Everything was ready in less than 15 minutes. This is from the lunch menu and as you can see it was a lot of food. I didn’t include the bag of chips in the photo by mistake, but it came with chips. The only problem was that they weren’t hot. But that’s a small issue because I couldn’t finish everything anyway. The quesadillas are chicken and delicious. The salsa verde was so good. As everyone can see from the photos it also came with rice and beans. Oh and a sugar cookie! So much delicious food. I will be back."
