What you're not going to do is overcharge and then yell at customers when they ask why their meal was $10 more than expected. It's just a simple question that deserves a straightforward answer. The quality at New China has definitely declined. The food has become subpar, and I guess their customer service has followed suit!‍‍‍

Surprisingly excellent Asian food. One of the best Chinese restaurants I've come up on in Missouri! I had Won Ton Soup and the Beef Chop Suey. My friend had the Kung Po Chicken Combo with Fried Rice and an Egg Roll. We each had a fountain drink. When we drove up to the place, the strip center it is in was pretty dark, but it had a flashing open sign. We went in, ordered, and paid at the counter. Our food was brought to our table after being cooked to order. It was very fresh and tasted great. We each had plenty to take with us, and I had only ordered the small portion. If you are driving past St. Clair on I44, New China is definitely worth a stop! I'll be back!

I read some reviews that made me skeptical about the food, but since it was Monday and I was really craving Chinese, I decided to make the trip from Sullivan to try it out. The wait was a bit long, even though we arrived 25 minutes after placing our order. Once I got home, however, the food was amazing! I loved the crab rangoons and absolutely adored the lo mein; it tasted just like the lo mein from the mid-2000s. I also ordered the honey chicken, which was fantastic. The only thing I wish they offered was a red dipping sauce for the crab rangoons. Overall, I would rate the food an 8.5 out of 10, and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in search of Chinese food on a Monday! I...

So I read some reviews and I was skeptical about how the food would be but it was Monday and I really wanted Chinese well I came from Sullivan to go get some of there food and the wait was a little long even tho we didn't show till 25 minutes after ordering. Once I got home the food was wonderful I love there crab Rangoons and I lovvvvveeeddd there lo mein it taste like how long mein use to taste back in the mid 2000,s the, and then I ordered the honey chicken that was fantastic. only thing I wish they did was add red sauce for dipping for when you order crab wragoon but I will return for more the food in total was a 8.5 10 definitely recommend for someone else looking for Chinese on a Monda...
