"I came here for the first time this week. I had ordered the Orange Chicken Special, which came with roasted rice, orange chicken and an egg roll. the eating looked good at the first sight, but after eating the half of the food I realized that some of the chicken was not cooked. it felt muddy and gooye. Some time later I felt really bad and realized that these young had fed me uncooked huh. I threw away the teller of the food and began to feel sick. I soon realized that I got food poisoning from this place. I can't recommend this place. the staff is not very hygienic, as a kitchen staff touched our bags to confirm if it is the right one. I also believe that the huh has expired, as most of the han in the regular crispy is when cooked. 3. juli, 2022 edit: after this written on the 3rd juli I woke up having a veneer pop on my eye, because I threw too hard in the hell, I recommend eating here again and again. 4. juli."

We probably order from here 2 or 3 times a month. They are consistently good. I have not had a bad experience.

They claim it's out of the delivery area, but it's actually within walking distance from my house. It seems like they're just being lazy because it's almost closing time. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time if it's close to closing hours. View menu

The staff takes orders from both phone calls and walk-in customers, but they seem to get distracted and don’t keep track of walk-in orders well. My order was taken as a walk-in, but it somehow ended up mixed in with the call-in orders. It took about 10 minutes for me to receive my food. If you’re placing a walk-in order, I recommend keeping your receipt and checking on the status of your order within five minutes. I forgot to take any pictures during my visit.

We specifically requested that they not ring the doorbell or knock, and what does the driver do? He did exactly that—he even opened my personal screen door and started pounding on it! I have video evidence of this. I checked the receipt the restaurant provided to the driver, and all it indicated was to avoid ringing the doorbell, despite our clear instructions against knocking as well. As a responsible dog owner, I have four signs on my property warning about my dog, yet both the driver and the restaurant ignored all of this. Luckily, I have security cameras, and I will be pursuing legal action for trespassing. If you value your property or your family, I strongly recommend not ordering fr...

"I recently dined at Hawaiian Poke FIU and my experience was nothing short of disappointing, primarily due to the lackluster management at the establishment. The poor management practices were evident throughout my visit and greatly impacted the overall dining experience. From the moment I walked in, it was apparent that there was a lack of organization and efficiency. The manager seemed disengaged and uninterested in addressing customer concerns or ensuring a smooth operation. This lack of leadership was reflected in the overall chaotic atmosphere of the restaurant. One of the most significant issues was the prolonged wait times. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, the management failed to properly handle the seating arrangements and maintain an acceptable waiting period. Patrons were left waiting for extended periods without any clear communication or updates, which resulted in frustration and a sense of neglect.Furthermore, the manager’s indifference was evident in the way they handled customer complaints and requests. When issues arose, the manager seemed dismissive and unresponsive, displaying a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It was clear that resolving customer concerns was not a priority for them, and this greatly impacted the overall experience.Additionally, the lack of attention to detail was apparent in the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant. Tables were left uncleaned for prolonged periods, and spills were not promptly addressed. This lack of cleanliness not only affected the aesthetics of the dining area but also raised concerns about hygiene and food safety.Overall, the poor management at Hawaiian Poke FIU significantly hindered my dining experience. It is disheartening to see such a lack of leadership and accountability within the establishment. I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the evident mismanagement that negatively impacted various aspects of the dining experience. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues and improve the overall quality of service provided to customers."

"Was looking for a quick meal to grab when I stopped here starving. This Venezuelan eatery offers all the typical fare you?d expect (at great prices) and even has a couple notable specials like 2 of their Engy Hot Dogs with a fountain soda for only $3.99 after 3p.m. I decided to go for their ?You Can?t Eat Just One Empanadita? special to start which includes 3 fried empanadas of your choice and a fountain soda for $3.99. The empanadas were mediocre, nothing special to rave about though I really enjoyed their house sauces served with them which you shouldn?t miss out on! For my entree I decided to get their Steak Pepiarepa $8.99 since I had never seen anything like it before. Their Pepiarepas are fried arepas cut into chunks, cabbage, tomatoes, ham, boiled egg, mustard, ketchup and their house ?engy? sauce so kind of like a deconstructed arepa served in a bowl with your choice of protein. I think I would have preferred ordering a normal stuffed arepa to this even though the flavors and combination were somewhat tasty. Some of the ingredients (like the arepa and steak pieces) were over cooked making it chewy and the whole thing taste pretty second-rate. I did come 30 minutes before closing which I usually try to avoid and maybe is why my meal came out just okay. The staff was very friendly and it was an inviting eatery, but I can?t see myself venturing back any time soon."
