"Wow! We really liked this place! We are new to the area and because of jobs are leaving after after only seven months. We had wanted to try it here, and we finally did before we left. It was a great surprise! Totally pleasant experience. The staff was nice. Everyone was kind and attentive. The only negative comment which was covered by excellent customer service, was that every few tables needed cleaning. Maybe they had just gone through a big rush and had not gotten to it yet. Definitely when we are back in the area this will be a stopping place. Thank you for clean bathrooms. Thank you for great customer service. Thank you for clean homemade food."

The cashier was a mumbler which made it difficult to order for my mom who's hard of hearing. The soda machine area needed some attention. The food was really really good.

guys wheres the chopped basil? last few times Ive ordered for you guys I never get the basil. it makes the pieces taste so much better. not sure why you advertise it has basil on it and you never put it on it. View menu

This restaurant is fantastic! I really enjoy their special Newk’s Q sandwich. While I think it’s a bit overpriced, the flavor makes it worth it. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is very helpful. If you're ever in Memphis, definitely give their sandwiches a try!

The pizza I ordered was too doughy, and the crust was rather floppy. I only managed to take about four bites. I understand that things can get hectic around the holidays, but customers shouldn’t have to deal with undercooked pizza. I'm concerned that it could even make someone feel unwell.

During my visit, I placed my first online order. I arrived five minutes early, but my order wasn't ready yet. However, they brought it out just a minute before the scheduled time, so it was hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich, especially the bread, size, and the lettuce. However, the chicken salad itself was quite bland; it didn't have any pecans or grapes, and I couldn't really tell if there was actual chicken in it. The soup was decent but not my favorite—I wish they had broccoli cheddar soup instead. The fruit and chips were actually good. Overall, I probably won't order this again.

my oma and I come here because of their lobster bisque! absolutely delicious, reasonable price, and they 'll deliver curbside, which is great! 2. review today we decided to eat here with my parents too. the service was fast, everyone was very friendly (also while busy, and eating delicious. my father wasn't very happy with her cheese steak sandwich, but said it was okay. I leave my review as 5 stars for the fair prices and good service. (yes, I ordered the lobster and crab bite soup again, and it was excellent as always!
