"I absolutely love the sushi at this restaurant, but the service could use some improvement. I order from here at least six times a month and always ask for extra sauce, since it isn't an option on the menu. Unfortunately, I never receive it. When I address this in person and even offer to pay for the extra sauce, I'm often met with a rude response, as if it's unacceptable for me to request more than one eel sauce when I'm ordering multiple rolls or a large sashimi platter. I just don't get it—if they don't want customers to ask for extras, they should simply add it to the menu for purchase. It's really not that complicated."

The fish in the sushi tasted like flavorless paste, felt sick to my stomach after eating.

This was the best meal I've had to date! The bar has been raised once again, establishing a new standard. The presentation at Ninza was truly exquisite, and the sushi is undeniably the best in Wichita.

I didn't know baked sushi rolls were a thing until we came here. The presentation is beautiful, the staff were amazing, and the food tasted fantastic! I can see why this place is highly recommended and I recommend it myself!Food: 5/5 View menu

The sushi was delicious, fresh and beautifully assembled (the chef was a true artist). my order was to-go and was well packaged. Atmosphere rating is simply from a quick in and out but I would definitely eat there as it seemed well decorated and laid out with friendly staff.Food: 5/5

I was disappointed with the quality of the fish, and the gyoza had a taste reminiscent of freezer burn. It's hard to say whether I’m more let down by Ninza for offering subpar sushi, or by the people of Wichita for not noticing and still giving it over four stars. Overall, I would give the food a 1 out of 5.

we were trying to figure out what to get my daughter-in-law for Christmas, my son told me that this is his wife's favorite sushi restaurant. So, we stopped by to get her a gift card. While we were there we decided to give it a try... It was amazing! I had Combo A and loved it! We will be back for more of the YUMMY SUSHI!Food: 5/5 View menu

Food was a solid 2.5/5. Bento box was 4/5. I would recommend that. I work in a Sushi restaurant and know what good sushi tastes like. This is not it. Rolls are maybe 3/5. Fried rice is not very good at all and you only get a cup of it for $7. Save yourself some trouble and find a different one. Not sure how there are so many 5/5 ratings..

Oh my goodness, everyone! I just had the best sushi takeout experience ever at this location in Wichita. I started with a small garden salad that had a deliciously fresh ginger (sesame) dressing – it was incredibly refreshing! I also had salmon sashimi, which I added to my salad along with some eel sauce and the ginger dressing. I'm truly impressed! I devoured most of it in my truck in the parking lot! The blonde server was fantastic – so friendly, attentive, and provided great customer service. She and her co-worker were courteous and efficient. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place!

"As a Gluten free couple and myself being only a fish eater (no meat) there are very few quality restaurants my husband and I find that we can truly enjoy in the city of Wichita. Most places do have one or two choices for those with my dietary requirements, but often they seem like an afterthought. The Belmont is now added to our short list of regular places we plan to dine. We met Tory, the owner who sat us to our cozy booth, and immediately began to offer creative GF takes on several of their dishes. I was offered a decontructed bruchetta where the fillings were served on a lettuce plate and in place of some of the meat component was offered a side of nice smoked salmon for protein. I added the olive snack and was delighted with the red and green selection. My husband had the burger (hold the bun) and loved his meal. We splurged on sharing a dish of homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was fresh and tasty! My only suggestion would be to keep some rice or GF flour on hand in the kitchen to possibly offer some of the breaded or fried dishes as GF options. (Yes even with a shared fryer, there are many such as my husband and I who are not celiac who have found shared fryers make no difference) Fully 30% of the public considers themselves GF. It is so easy to get a box of quality GF pasta or sub out some GF or Rice flour to dredge for frying. I find Rice flour to make for a crisper dredge anyway! I truly wish more Wichita restaurants would attempt to provide more varied dishes for us GF restaurant goers. Wouldn't you like 30% of your client base to be thrilled to head your way for good GF dish options? Just offering starchy GF sandwich buns (not what the Belmont does) is not a creative answer."
