"we (my important other i) may come here just a 2-3 per year, but we always seem to enjoy the eating here. to be honest, we order in the rule only from the sushi page of the menu, but all so often we order from the other options that they usually have nothing bad to say about the art and wise how to eat. the only negatiw that is not a real negative is the prices we sushi eat quite often in front of a southern city location seems to stack here really fast? but again this is not really a big negatiw, just something you have to keep in mind when ordering"

"I ordered the steak frites, Margherita bread, and I think there was a misunderstanding with the waitress because I’m not sure if she thought I was just reading the menu out loud. The food came out fairly quickly, but the steak frites were served last. My disappointment began when I saw that the steak was placed on a grill; I prefer it to be pan-seared first before grilling. Regardless, I cut into it, and it was perfectly medium-rare. However, there was absolutely no salt and pepper on the steak, vegetables, or fries. To make matters worse, they topped my steak with barbecue sauce, which completely ruined the dish. I was quite dissatisfied with the customer service and felt it was absurd to ruin a $30 New York strip steak like that. On a positive note, the atmosphere was great. The place had a good crowd, and everyone seemed happy. It was airy, so I have no complaints in that regard."

"We had our most recent reservation on Valentine’s Day, but we come here often because we live in the neighborhood. We came for drinks and dessert, which were great as expected. Live music was also a nice touch, and it would be great to experience that at least monthly moving forward. Our concern was that we could not be seated at our reservation time, and others with reservations were waiting in the hotel lobby. What’s the point of a reservation if one still has to wait? We’ve never had this problem in the past, and we know there has been a major overhaul of staff in the front and back of the house. Seems like a training opportunity. Anyway, we happened to see two seats at the bar, so we didn’t have to wait for a table to become free. After that inconvenience, we had a nice time as usual. The bar staff and band were awesome!"

"Phenomenal staff, best steak I've had in ages (they actually know how to do a proper medium; a vanishing feat these days, completely melts in your mouth). Italian Beef sliders were delicious and disappeared in about 30 seconds. Brought the crab cakes, wedge salad and grilled salmon back for my wife and they were all gone in about 10 minutes despite feeding a fussy baby at the same time. The butterscotch espresso martini is a decadent treat you can't skip. My only critiques are that as a whole, the prices are a bit steep, the space is small and probably not great for a large group, and the tomatoes in the Caprese were disappointingly bland. But if you're looking to spoil yourself and/or someone close to you, this is an excellent venue for it."

"The food is tolerable, the cost of food is priced correctly. The lady at the counter however is very unfriendly and makes you feel like it's a chore for her to take your order. Customer service goes a long way... I cannot reply to the owner's statement so to clarify, I went to the restaurant on Monday approximately 4 pm. Customer service was still horrible."
