"So how ya'll going to take my money, not have the items I ordered, then not refund me? Ya were so quick to process my order over the phone so why can't I get my money back on site? And it could've took all of 2 seconds to look over and see there wasn't anyof the items I was ordering. Like you're the one sitting in the building you should know what was available. But for the amountof money I paid it's messed up I have to wait however long to get a refund. This food at least better be good."

This was my first time trying the restaurant, and I ordered takeout. The food was excellent—hot and fresh. I would rate it a 10/10 and definitely recommend it. The customer service was quick, and the dining area was clean. As for parking, I parked behind the building; it can be limited on busy days, but I didn't encounter any problems finding a spot. The left the chicken off of both orders. I am done with this place. This is the second time this month that the forgot to put the chicken in on my order. Oh yeah, I also didn't receive the potstickers I ordered. They won't get another dime out of me.They also didn't answer the phone after 9pm when they close at 10pm. Must be trying to avoid all the customers calling forrefunds. I'm done.

Delicious and affordable... and so welcoming! Noodles and Company provides a great selection of tasty dishes at very reasonable prices, all in a casual and cozy setting. On top of that, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. One team member even wrote a sweet note on my to-go bag that said, "You're Awesome!" I didn't notice it until I got home, and it truly made me smile. I really enjoy this place and will definitely return!
