"The restaurant certainly didn't look anything like their website. Nothing like it. Luckily, they had Anthony Rosano and the Conqueroos which made up for the lack-luster of the bar. We expected more of a lounge... You know... Oyster Bar/Steak house kinda vibe... The cocktails were fabulous! Dirty Gin Martinis and Manhattens with the special touch. This also made up for the disappointment with the look/vibe of the bar and a great bartender. As far as Open Table, you never reported that our group dropped off from 10 people to 4 people. I later tried to change it from 4 to 2 but couldn't figure it out on my cell phone. We apologize for the miscommunication, but we did for sure send in the first changes. For that, Open Table gets 1 star."

Set in a strip mall, with more of a 'bar ' vibe throughout. The food and service were both great. We had the crab soup and pork belly appetizers, the ribeye and roasted oysters for our entrees, along with onion rings and hush puppies on the side. Everything came out hot and fresh, and exactly as ordered. We will definitely come back.

they have listed a chardonnay on their wine lists board (brown heritage), but are not on camp at each visit, and others are not my favorite. my ribeye was over boiled, like my men, we ordered medium rare, came medium good. steak was still good. I ordered a side of sweet potatoes, the steak was almost served on them and they were soggy.

On the menu, it has 6 scallops listed for the scallops and grits. I was brought 4 with my meal. When I asked why only got 4 scallops, the server said that the scallops were big, so I was getting more scallops than the 6 listed on the menu. Also, the grits were very dry and clumped together, almost like they were leftovers from the previous day. Very disappointing meal. View menu

Meghan gave great service. It was pretty cold inside and the noise level was extreme. I was there to see the Gray Riders and they were excellent. The other patrons were very loud and trying to carry on a conversation with my guests was almost impossible. Not a place to go if you want to have dinner and conversation. The oysters were very good and the meat and cheese tray was huge and enough to share with my guests. All in all, food there is a good value. Meghan was great and attentive. Will certainly go back for the entertainment.

My 14 year old son took me here for a Valentine 's Day date . I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and daily specials (a HUGE plate-sized prime rib cooked perfectly and two sides for $12.99 every Wednesday! . The she crab soup was the best I have ever tried in Virginia Beach and the ambiance was easy and fun (my son enjoyed watching a basketball game during our date haha. My favorite part about this entire restaurant was the service: the greeter was nice and professional, the bartender was knowledgeable and made the best Moscow Mule EVER, and our server, Nico was adorable and so positive and pleasant. We will DEFINITELY come back here...50 cent oysters on Thursdays!!
