O'charley's - Menu

Amazing service, absolutely delicious food, only the sweetest staff, and the manager is so great. Can't say enough good things. I don't have pictures Bc we ate it so fast we don't. I'm impressed and it's worth the money!

I highly do not recommend a steak. It was very close in consistency to a pile of play-dough. The ribs are pretty good. And of course, the rolls are to die for. Service was pretty good but we had a 20 min wait with a half-empty restaurant.

The for a limited time taste of summer, pick two for $14.99 is a win win and enough food to split with two people! Best chicken tenders hands down! I enjoyed the popcorn shrimp and crab cake as well! A little pricey for lunch, but it was worth it! View menu

The bread was three days old, and my side salad tasted soggy and like old cardboard. I ordered the chicken strips and fries, which were quite a lot of food, but the chicken pieces were huge, thick, and tough. The fries were just okay. My husband ordered the steaks, and he mentioned they didn't have any cheese on them, just dry chips. We won't be returning.

The service was very slow,after ordering our drinks 15 min later our waitress said they will be right finally 10 minutes after that my husband went to the bar and they were sitting there the whole time. We both ordered filet mignon med rare,they were both tough. Definitely not any kind of filet mignon that I've ever had anywhere,it was as if it was the cheapest kind the restaurant could buy. It's not a place I would return to for sure ..

Update: Had dinner again at O'Charley's Friday, September 25th, 2021 and had a party of 9!! Food was delicious as usual!! Our waiter was on point making sure to refill our glasses and mixed drinks (they have awesome mixed drinks), and rolls!! We had a blast!! Great family and friend time!! Five minutes later, he returned to confirm our appetizer order, leaving us with the impression that it hadn't been sent to the kitchen at all. Fortunately, the appetizers arrived in a reasonable time, and the server then took our dinner orders. However, we waited an unusually long time for our main courses, considering how few patrons were dining. Halfway through our meal, the waiter asked if we wanted to order dessert. We declined, and he mentioned he would return with the check. Overall, it felt like we were neglected at the beginning of our visit, which was frustrating because ordering our meals with the appetizers would have made for a smoother dining experience. Overcooked the steak and the server took a half hour to even take our order. Dropping off drinks and rushing away not asking of we were ready to order... which we were because we were starving after traveling for 10 hours . Leading me to believe the over cooked steak was a result of being left in the window and not the kitchens fault even though it was slow and only a few tables when we arrived. Perhaps she was just inexperienced but it ruined our meal and experience. She did ask of we wanted to recommend but after waiting nearly an hour to eat we declined . Didn't ask for discount or credit we just wanted to leave at that point. We had to clarify for her several times when we did finally or...

The reason I'm giving this O'Charley's a two star review is purely based on the level of service we received. The food was decent but our waiter was unprofessional. When we got there our party of 6 was seated quickly, there only seemed to be a handful of other parties seated. The server came and got our drink orders and once he'd returned we were ready to place our appetizer and meal order. We gave him our two appetizer orders and wanted to give him our dinner order when he told us he'd put the appetizer order in and left. 5 minutes later he returns to confirm the appetizer order, giving us the impression that our order was never actually sent back to the kitchen.
