"Our family and friends love to eat here! Chef/owner and Okie Dokie Restaurant team makes this Japanese restaurant in Tustin so special and welcoming in our community! A regular customer for many years, and always a joy to be back. Everything on the menu is so delicious and the flavors authentic. Restaurant was newly renovated and looks bright and clean! We like the comfortable ambiance and pub food menu. Highly recommend their handmade noodles! The soba and Nebayaki udon is always a personal favorite to order. The udon noodles are so chewy and cooked just right. The broth is hot and rich in flavor. Also recommend ordering a side dish like Gyoza ? , fried octopus, grilled squid, and/or one of their popular sushi/rolls. Always pairs well with the noodle dishes. We will definitely be back again soon! ????? Vegetarian options: Variety of Salads and vegetarian options on the menu Parking: It was easy to find and park. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly fo all ages Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to park and wheelchair accessible"

1. Food and service have gone down and the location has changed its menu. 2. It also almost feels as if the employees hate the change and seem miserable. 3. Avoid the sushi it’s got a fishy taste and the texture is off.

While there's certainly fancier Japanese food in OC, this is great value for what you're paying and a wide selection that'll suit multiple palates. Portions of meat (in beef udon, chicken karaage, and other dishes) are usually generous, and they have Asahi on draft! View menu

We arrived and attempted to wait inside, but we were met by a Korean female server who had an awful attitude. It was quite off-putting, so we decided to leave. It seems she just wanted to share her negativity with others, which is definitely not acceptable for a restaurant.

The food here is quite enjoyable, and the daily specials are also worth trying. I particularly loved the udon and Katsu Curry rice; they were both delicious. As for parking, it can vary—sometimes it's easy to find a spot, while other times it can be a challenge depending on the time of day.

First time eating here, and I have to say it was a bit underwhelming, and disappointing. I ordered the katsu curry Udon, and the katsu pork was very dry and tough to chew. The amount of food you get for the price was also very disappointing. Curry and Udon were pretty good though, so at least there's that...I usually eat at the Costa Mesa location and I have to say the food is much better there. View menu

If you ask me what I’m craving I will always say sushi and a hot broth. Oki doki by meiji in Tustin is the perfect spot where you can start off with a fresh salmon cucumber roll and end with a piping hot udon. Their shabu shabu udon comes with perfectly cooked udon noodles and a generous amount of the most tender beef belly. The broth is also a beautiful balance of sweet and savory. Cute cozy spot to eat. We were greeted by the staff when we entered and was promptly seated. We wanted to order fried squid but they ran out so we had the salmon skin salad instead which was delicious. My bro finished his nabeyaki udon. The only picture I had was my fiance's spicy beef udon which came with a rice ball. It wasn't really spicy but did have a good flavor. We also ordered a california roll even though it was kind of on the pricy side. We'd definitely come back again to try other items on the menu. It's also convenient that 7 leaves is in the same plaza if you have room for drinks after eating

"We wanted to try Zov's Bistro and found this restaurant next to it and packed of people. I smelled all the delicious food and was surprised that yelp never recommended this restaurant in Tustin. We ended up changing our mind to give it a try since I have never tried Malaysia cuisine and love trying something new. We ordered calamari, crab rangoon, and a cup of hot and sour soup as appetizers. It was the best fried calamari we ever had, super flavorful and crispy good quality calamari. It was not over breaded or double fried like a lot of fried calamari from other restaurants. Also the best fresh hot and sour soup I have ever had, the peppers the egg and the vinegar just exactly the right portion. The rangoons were basic with fake crab, but a good portion at a great price. For entrees, we ordered Beef Rendang and the seafood clay pot curry with coconut rice chiken rice. You can choose normal steam rice, brown rice, coconut rice and chicken rice. OMG, the coconut rice is like a dessert, smell delicious and it is such a great taste. Seafood clay pot is sooooooo good with fish, scallop, tofu, bunch of veggies and eggplant all in a spicy and savory broth. The beef rendang is soft, flavorful, and great quality. The curry spices used perfectly complimented the meat without overpowering it. It you want to try extremely good Malaysia food!! Definitely give this place a try."
