"I wanted to pick up an Eats order that my daughter bought under her name. When I asked for food under my daughter's name, one of the crew members checked that they had it, but the manager came in and refused to give it to me because I got one of them wrong on the entrance. I offered them the card to show that we bought the food and she always said that it was not the right order (because I said that an article is wrong). the manager was rude and has to work on their customer service. later my other daughter went in and said the same name and they gave her the food. After my daughter had already eaten in her hands, she showed them the verification code. this manager said that all they needed to see, but what is there to see if they already gave the food to my daughter before they checked the review? she kept my daughter on the situation when she was obviously injustice. anyone can steal from this place when he says the right name. if I could rate this place, I would rate it a -5 star, but I couldn't have since to evaluate, they need to give at least one star."

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The portion sizes are generous, allowing for leftovers to be enjoyed the next day. The food is not greasy.

Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Monterrey Park is a fair place for a quick bite.. their food lacks consistency, flavor sometimes the chicken taste dry... it's up to you yet its overpriced for the serving portions

pretty decent experience and standard at all of the chain's restaurants. ordered the Kahlua pork, which cost 50 cents more. but disappointed that it didn't include cabbage. it would also be nice if they had chili pepper water. Sriracha is not quite the same. View menu

I ordered two chicken dinners and one beef combo. The meals were prepared and served piping hot. The beef was tender and had excellent flavor. It was delicious to the very last bite. I am a fan of this brand. The customer service is always friendly and the staff is good. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Great job, MP.

terrible service, the crew barely spoke English I told them that I am allergic to milk and they have milk in their makkaroni the girl on the cash told me ok I will give them extra rice and gave me box with the rice that I did not even ask and the same box with the makkaroni and all food together I told her I can not take the milk with my cooking came back so that the cook I just told him he can keep the box and enter the place. if I could put 0 stars I could
