The oxtails were plump, savory, and delicious. My grandmother would agree that those yams were perfect. I enjoyed the beans and rice, and the sweet corn wasnt too sweet. I am a full, happy, camper right about now. Thanks a million!

I ordered the large curried goat, and while the rice was flavorful, the collard greens were a bit too salty for my liking. Unfortunately, there was more bone than meat in the dish.
