In my opinion this is the best Italian food in Lexington! Their spaghetti sauces are to die for! Reasonably priced...friendly atmosphere. Good vegetarian choices too! One of Lexington's best kept secrets! Highly recommended!!!

We really enjoy Paisano's! The food is consistently delicious, and the ambiance is cozy and relaxed. Whenever we have visitors from out of town, we like to bring them there because we are confident they will have a great experience.
