"I was provided 95 percent broccoli with 6 pieces of shredded beef. I spoke with ?Kiev? who would not provide the contact info of the manager, but he states I can drive down on Monday March 1st, 2021 to discuss it with the manager. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I will contacting the corporate office on 3/1/2021. This place should go out of business. We picked up a real dinner from a different restaurant. Do not waste your money on broccoli. If we wanted that broccoli we would have cooked it straight out of the freezer. Horrible experience. Horrible employee. Horrible ?dinner? unless you are a strict vegan."

Very friendly staff, good food, and not usually extremely busy over lunch time on weekdays.

The staff is really friendly, the food is fantastic, and it usually isn't too crowded during weekday lunch hours.

Everything was fantastic, except I paid for the larger portion of ragoons and only received 3. But other than that, it was delicious!

Too scared to open their doors? you have to be served outside with your online order. Just an easy way to be cheap AF and not have more then 1 person working. View menu

I ordered the plate...it was a rip off because they only gave me one serving of the grilled chicken when I picked 2 grilled chicken for 2 entrées...thanks for the rip off guys

When did the ridiculous dining room closure finally come to an end? It was likely about a month ago. Many people prefer to sit down and enjoy their meals. It's not 2021 anymore. If I'm not welcomed in the restaurant, I won't spend my money there. It's really that straightforward.

I dined at the restaurant last night and ordered the beef and broccoli, along with teriyaki chicken. Unfortunately, the food had an odd taste, and both the vegetables and broccoli were unusual in flavor. After my meal, I suffered from food poisoning and have had diarrhea seven times since. I think the health department should look into what’s happening at this establishment. View menu

I have been to this location a good number of times for my orange chicken cravings but it?s always been an unpleasant experience. When I?ve gone mid day the amount of staff is annoyingly short. Every time I?ve pre ordered I end up waiting longer than just waiting in line. The food is often not cooked well like crunchy rice. Anytime I go after 7:30 there is only one entree available. To me, this store deserves one star but I gave another because the cost/value is still good when comparing to other fast foods.

Deny my stomach, taste old or chewing, missing ingredients. (Do not order pineapple on sweet fire chicken breast) I'll try another order soon, but now I'm somehow robbed by the thoughts of this restaurant. I think it could be better to go into person than order online and see what looks fresh or is made fresh as some entrees are more popular. Second time I have eaten from here in the last two weeks, but last order did not taste so bad, orange chicken with white rice. This time Chow got my w/ sweet fire chicken mobile but came w/ missing pineapple, chewing food, and I got a stomach pain within 30 minutes after eating some.

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
