"eating is great, but the server attack is simply unacceptable! yesterday I ordered a strawberry limonade and received an email said ready to pick up 5:02. When I arrived there, I saw a strawberry limonade on the table, but I wait patiently thought someone would call my name. After about 10 minutes I tried to ask the staff there, but I was impatiently rejected. after approx. The strawberry drink was still there for 20 minutes without the reception being printed out. I wanted to ask if they could check the status of the order. they rejected me again and stopped in an extremely bad attitude “You just have to wait!” after a few minutes, a male staff told me to go into the counter and gave me the drink that sat there before I came in. they made a mistake and showed me a attitude without apologies!"

Nice atmosphere and soothing music. I sat upstairs with a perfect view and it was more quite with less people enjoying their food and drinks while on their phone, pc or tablets

My go to is always the pick 2 with a frontega chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup. Healthy and delicious and a great pick me up for bad weather days. Their apples are always so fresh, crisp and juicy as well.

Waited 1hr for my order , don’t ever come in this location it’s a disarray, no management from what I can see employees are rude just walking around with no care . They don’t smile or greet you seeems like they hate their job . View menu

I had the chicken BBQ mac and cheese, and it was delicious! There was ample seating available on a Sunday afternoon, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy my meal. Just a heads up: you’ll need your receipt to access the bathroom, so be sure not to toss it!

The service here is excellent! There are a few tables available for a quick cold coffee or snack. We enjoyed a cold frappe and some croissants, and they were fantastic. I also appreciated the tablet-based ordering system throughout the shop. Overall, I’m a satisfied customer—great job, everyone!

This is one of the cleanest and best-managed Panera locations I've visited. Even during the lunchtime rush, the place maintained its cleanliness. There are also plenty of kiosks to help avoid long lines. While I understand the reasoning behind not having outlet plugs to discourage loitering, that's really the only downside I noticed. Clean with good customer service. The splenda equal and milk desk is clean and hygienic. The floors are spotless. The coffee containers are full of hot coffee. They have a nice quiet 2nd floor with full AC blasting but there are no electrical outlet available unlike NJ Paneras. Great place to study with a hot coffee and soft quiet serene music playing in the background. This is one of the better run Panera I have seen and I have been to many. What more can one ask for?

This was my 1st time eating Panera on the city. The staff here is very rude. There was a bit of a wait which I didn’t mind but when it was time to get my food, they handed someone their food ahead of me. Then they handed me my food. One of the female workers complained about how ‘f’d up’ the customers were in front of me. I feel like she was talking about me which confused me because this was my first time at this location. I think they tampered with my food because my throat felt funny after eating here. I wasn’t rude or anything to the staff, I ordered at the kiosk and waiting patiently for my order. I’m starting to think this was racially motivated. I will not return here

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
