"I typically enjoy going to Panera Bread for lunch because it’s affordable, quick, and usually offers healthier options. However, my latest visit was disappointing. I ordered a whole Fuji apple chicken salad, but the few pieces of chicken were frozen and had a grayish hue. Moreover, several leaves in the lettuce mix were wilted. I spoke with a manager, who was very responsive and agreed to give me a complimentary salad on my next visit. While I appreciated her quick and professional response, I was saddened to find out that their "100% all-white meat chicken breast filet" is actually frozen and then thawed. I decided not to eat the chicken, and sadly, it will take me some time before I consider returning."

When we went to the restaurant right when they opened in the morning, they didn't have any blueberry cheese spread available. They also didn't have any other cheese spread in tub sizes. As a result, the kids were disappointed.

This restaurant offers a delightful atmosphere and exceptionally friendly staff, which is a welcome change from the rude employees I've experienced in Parsippany. At this rate, I might even think about going to Panera Bread first instead.

I visited Panera recently, and I had the pleasure of being served by Jesse, who took my order. I just want to commend him for being an outstanding employee! I ordered chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl and a grilled chicken sandwich, and he made sure everything was prepared perfectly. I ordered a mango smoothie at this restaurant, eager to try something new from Panera. Sadly, my experience was quite disappointing. One of the employees openly expressed frustration about making a smoothie, which really turned me off. If my order is such a hassle for you, I'd prefer to just cancel it and get a refund. To make matters worse, the smoothie didn't even taste like mango; it had more of a citrus flavor. Overall, I was very dissatisfied.

I had a terrible experience with the server during my visit. I ordered for two people, but he mistakenly entered it as a "pick two" and only provided one side. When I pointed out the error, he appeared annoyed, even though I clarified that I wanted two complete separate orders. It makes me wonder why some people don’t seem to care about doing their jobs properly. If you're not willing to work, maybe you should just stay home. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
