"I ordered the Thai chicken pizza with a thin crust. When we received it fresh out of the oven, it was surprisingly soupy and didn’t resemble a pizza at all. We reached out to the manager to discuss our concerns. He explained that they make it like a regular pizza but then add extra sauce on top. He kindly offered to remake it with less sauce and serve the extra on the side. While I was disappointed that the first pizza was like soup and had to be thrown away, I appreciated the excellent customer service and the manager's professionalism and courtesy."
