"My friend and I stopped here on Saturday, 2/12. We enjoyed a pick-six of the charcuterie, a few glasses of wine, the kielbasa appetizer and a decadent cream brulee to complete it all. Sommelier (and probably owner) was so knowledgeable that he made the dining room above the top. Hearing his knowledge and processes really opened us to his world and we are so grateful. Chutney, cheese, sauerkraut and capocollo stood out. Especially the duckbone. Duck confit was just about the most tasty thing we had all week. Unbelievable thoughts and care on each row and presented with each court. We'll be back, even if we have to drive from Denver, just for a bite of the duck."

Had wine, cheese plate, flat bread and both desserts. It was all fantastic. The sorbet was made from the owner/servers own plums!

Best charcuterie around and the bread is incredibly fresh! The selection of beer on tap offers a good variety and the atmosphere is definitely something we enjoyed!

Great experience. Good value charcuterie board and wonderful wine selection. attentive and helpful service. You have to leave the room to find a rest room, but we did not find it as a problem. View menu

Amazing cheese and meat selections to choose from. The kale salad was delicious, especially with the smoked trout. They have a well curated wine slection. The new owners really make the experience special.

I'm not going to share with you how amazing this place was just so it doesn't get huge lines desperately waiting to get in. If you accidentally end up visiting it, don't even think of trying the warm olives or anything else from our once-in-a-life round bill, otherwise it might be hard for you to leave View menu

I've been wanting to try this venue for over a year; thankfully the timing worked out this time around when we were visiting Taos. Our server was great; friendly enthusiastic without being too chatty. He explained the menu choices well. The wine was excellent the cheese out of this world! The bean soup kale salad were of hearty portions. Tables were spaced well apart all staff wore masks.

We went for a charcuterie board and to taste some wines and were delighted. Wines, cheeses and meats were uniformly excellent as was the service. Bonus #1: they served half-glasses (at half price) so you could build a tasting flight of reds or whites at reasonable cost. We did both and were impressed by their selections; our server knew his wines and was happy to discuss them. Bonus #2: a wine shop in the restaurant with a broad range of offerings at good prices. This was the most fun we’ve had in a restaurant in quite a while. Don’t miss Parcht!
