Too crowded Too loud and noisy No fried oysters so didn’t eat. Need refund

Guyere dip never came out after an hour. Staff had to change my order to something else.

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The Ambience was wonderful, bar staff was nice. The food was good, skating was fun! I absolutely love the firepits! Will definitely be back next year for Christmas View menu

Did not feel clean, given what most restaurants are going through- even outside tables should be sanitzed Blood Mary was mostly ice with no garnishes. Was surprised since we were there at Brunch. Seemed like they were not ready to open at

we made a reservation--no one at the desk to welcome us. went to bar and she informed us that we needed to order from her. tossed us some menus...and left. was gone and gone and gone. Not a soul inside to help us either. we left and went somewhere else. maybe will return post pandemic, but right now the service is terrible

The staff was not prepared for our group when we arrived. It was not very busy there so we were able to gather a table eventually, but I expected the Park Tavern to have seating ready upon arrival. The food and environment was great with the holiday decor and ice skating. My family really enjoyed the venue and view of the city. View menu

They do not actually accept reservations! They should be removed from Open Table. We would not have driven minutes and paid for parking if we'd known we would not be seated at a reserved, full-service table. Instead, Park Tavern is essentially a fast food walk-up restaurant. You order at the window or bar, they call you when your food is ready, and you pick it up. Seating is FIRST COME FIRST SERVED! There are no reservations

I love the park tavern park concept it's a great place Unfortunately it's the cheap food that's cold but very expensive the lackluster staff that quite honestly I wouldn't pay for nothing those people required because they are just not worth it they were not running the place they are ruining the place they were just sitting around looking at you look stupid because you're trying to figure out how this self-service model of no help services worked so you can be fed that's what people do

Definitely not a place to go if you’re looking for a quiet setting. I was under the impression that the place was a typical restaurant until arriving and seeing that you have to not only order your food at a counter, but also go retrieve it yourself from another location. The service of the employee that was monitoring the food was very rude and the bar tenders had close to no knowledge in relation to the drinks my husband and I requested. The menu was also very limited and didn’t allow for many options. View menu
