"My only issue with this restaurant is a common pet peeve of mine. While sitting at the bar, there was only one bartender who was always busy due to the bar being consistently full. However, there were 3-5 servers standing by the kitchen door doing nothing but chatting or on their phones. When the bartender needed help changing a keg, none of the servers offered to assist him, despite being in his way. Other patrons at the bar also noticed this lack of teamwork and suggested that the servers should have helped out. Additionally, I personally prefer larger chunks of sausage in my spaghetti rather than sliced pieces, but that is just a personal preference.
Overall, this is a good restaurant with excellent food. The bartenders are always busy, but the servers could benefit from some teamwork training. If they have downtime, perhaps they could stand out of sight of customers rather than standing around doing nothing."
