"Normally, Pho Ha is normally really good in quality, service and even pricing. This location was garbage in all three of those areas. Tried calling to place an order and no one answered which was okay; it happens. Ordered online and realized they were overpriced. For two entrees and an appetizer it was over $50. Upon arrival to pick up the food the employees I encountered were having very a rough day and it showed. I can get past that, but they didn't have the order and kept telling me that I ordered at the wrong location and I need to go to the other one. After a bit of back and forth and me showing them the online order, the food came out from the kitchen, completed. Without going into to much more detail, the food was very poorly prepared. Spring rolls tasted good but the entrees did not, at all. One of them, which was supposed to be a vegetarian dish, had random pieces of meat. On the way out, I noticed the restaurant had a B rating and that makes perfect sense to me. Overall, the whole experience was garbage and I definitely would not recommend this place."

We have been coming here for a very long time. The food is always delicious. The service this time wasn't good our waiter was very rude and non·cha·lant. We love their Thai tea and will try to give them another try.

Pretty good. Breadh is a standard. Love how they keep room temp low. Was a bit cold on the 1st but once you start eating, thank you em. It is perfect try for a beautiful hot bowl of Pho. $15 a bowl. It seems normal everywhere. View menu

We have been a long customer at this location The food is very good, but waiting is quite long during the busy hour, I'm taking a star on the rotten salad in the plate?????? This is our first visit as it is closed during the pandemic The business is normal again. Wish the best in 2022!

Food remains excellent. The delay in service is noticeable, but I assume that it is the staff that is due to Kovid or what is not. I've been here for years. I hope things will improve again, this place was always our favorite pho restaurant. Just adjust your expectations a bit, things were for us all recently rough.

They have been open since June 2021! The food is delicious, the service is quick, and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including some non-Vietnamese options like Pad Thai. Location:Good, Parking:Good, Service:Okay, Food for price:Okay, Overall: This was the second time I have been here and based on the initial try I felt things had changed. The Service did take longer than expected, when one order was asked to be given as a take out they served it to the table. The spring rolls did not have the same taste as before. When the server was asked to bring water it never came. The main entrees seem to have less meat and more filler. I do not know when changes happened but I do wish they would go back. Until then I will pass on this place for a while...

Have been coming here for abt a year and a half nw. I really liked the food here bt as time passes things slowly changed. The quality has gone dwn. Nd i hate to leave such a bad review but because the issue has happened to me three times now nd i feel like i need to put it out their. 1st experience was a couple of months ago. Found a lash hair in my soup nd i dismissed the issue. Then their was Saturday. 3/19/22...abt 4pm to 5pm was when my husband nd i dined in their. my husband was eating his ? nd pulled out a plastic wrap....then their was a dark thick blck hair in my soup...i tlked with the manager concerning the issue nd he quickly apologized abt the issue nd thnked me.
