"But what a disappointment. For more than 10 years, pizza cros was our reference in pizzeria. We had brought our families and friends there. All of them were unanimous to say that we were making the best pizza on the 06... only, that's it. The mythical fine paste has turned into immonde and infamous granular thick paste. but where did the aop cantal go? why replaced it with mozzarella that looks more like rubber than cheese. I don't know. Are the pizzas we ate still cooked in wood fire? Why didn't you continue the recipe transmitted by the former owner? Anyway, never again. good courage to the team to hold the shot in 2017!"

I loved this family pizzeria. the dough is light and fine cooked with wood fire. We took a vegetarian, whose vegetables are prepared from fresh products. It's super rare!!!! The garnish is generous, and a 4 cheese that my son devoured. we chose the option to take. However, the nice welcome would almost inspired us to stay on site. and prices are really accessible. I really recommend this pizzeria. They also make delivery.

We arrived by chance at lunch and were greeted with the smile by the owner who immediately showed himself very nice and listened to the children as well. delicious socca and certainly good pizza! Italian fresh products are used, and I don't want French people who complained about in previous reviews, emphasizing how good the old management pizza was. unconditional fan of pizza from the old cros pizza, I was able to taste the new one and unhappyly everything changed. pizza has the pass epaisse (it looks like a buitoni) and in the taste something lacking (sel)?, cheese that no longer has the same flavor as the good cantal of old, chorizzo hyper fat (before it was the large slice of chorizzo that didn't suck the fat), smaller and not cooked enough finally more raw ham! I've been promised bacon instead, and I've been crushed 150 gr of fatty and immangeable bacon. only good thing, the atmosphere (at this level) is less speed

Il faut juste que maman se détende : pas de stress (sans doute par désir de bien faire mais aussi, peut-être, car c’était le jour de la réouverture. , c'est une belle histoire qui a débutée et doit continuer.Cuisine : choix entre 4 entrées, 4 plats, 2 desserts. Un choix entre terre et mer, voire un mariage entre les deux. De plus, cela permet sûrement, pour un chef seul en cuisine, d'obtenir cette qualité de réalisation et de garantir la fraîcheur des produits.
