"During this time, another gentleman arrived, but the waitress still failed to acknowledge either of us. I found her behavior quite unprofessional; she clearly didn't understand that customers should come first. Eventually, one of the cooks approached me to take my order, and I thanked her after paying, yet the waitress still didn’t make eye contact or speak to us. As I was leaving, I noticed the family of four getting ready to leave as well. I asked the lady if they were heading out, and she confirmed they were. It was clear she was upset, and though I didn’t feel it was my place to do so, I apologized to her for whatever the waitress did. Her husband chimed in, stating they had waited over half an hour without receiving any service. They were only given menus upon being seated, and the waitress never offered them drinks or anything else during their entire stay. I believe the waitress needs proper training in customer service; her lack of skills was evident. I sympathized with that family for having to endure over half an hour without being attended to. It was baffling to see the waitress leaning against the counter, writing on a notepad as if her customers weren't important to her. Pizza Hut really needs to improve its hiring practices or at least ensure that there’s someone available to help customers. That family should not have had to leave under those circumstances! I felt compelled to share this experience because it was incredibly frustrating!"

The manager, Mr. Erwin is a huge supporter of Law Enforcement, when available, he will find a deal for a discount for Law Enforcement and apply it. Thank you Sir, great Job. Mr. Erwin has really improved the place since taking over Management.

I visited on Super Bowl Sunday, and unfortunately, the pizza was extremely soggy. I tried reheating it, but it didn’t improve— it was inedible. It seems like the Pizza Hut in Cut Bank is just getting worse and worse. I’m done trying to eat there.

The pizza toppings were all mixed up. The staff wasn’t willing to make any changes. The pizza tasted gross…way too much sauce. Then I believe they grossly overcharged us, (about $25 too much) but couldn’t get a detailed receipt. The restaurant was empty, and now I can see why. I will never go to that location again!

My large 4 topping pizza was made wrong and told the delivery driver it needed to be fixed. He told me to call the store to get it corrected. I called the local number and your get an automated answering system. The first attempt I pressed 3 to talk to the manager and I was immediately disconnected. Got through to the store the second time and once again disconnected. I ended up driving to the store(negating the whole point of having pizza delivered in the first place) to talk to a human being.
