Friendly service and food ready when I arrive and the clerk was very courteous.

I ordered my pizza at 5:34 and it was not delivered until after 7:00 clock. while the pizza itself was decent, it was hardly warm until then.

I ordered my grandson, it was a wait and the command was mixed. it was given to the wrong customer. she was kind enough to talk and say I didn't order that. except that my grandson enjoyed his pizza. View menu

incredibly rude and uncooperative staff. I cancelled my order after waiting for an hour and forty-four minutes, and they sent it at night at 11 o'clock, forty minutes after that, which caused only more problems. I put my order at 20:30. the personal was incredibly rude.

My orders are always hot and fresh, also the one time that there was a slight mix up they sent me a fresh hot pizza just as fast. Today even with the snow it said 116-125 minutes or so for deliver but my order was here in under an hour and super hot and fresh with a ice xild soda. I love my pizza hut!!

I have chosen the option for Contactless/Curbside pickup. I followed the instructions on the email and waited about 10 minutes. then I called and spoke to a representative. they advised that they alerted the load. I waited five minutes and no one ever came out. I finally went to the opposite of contactless/shortsid pickup. View menu

Location is so ghetto, I ordered pizzas to be delivered not only where they wrong but they were cold, messed up and this location wouldn’t send new pizzas, they said I had to reorder and request a refund which comes in 1-3 days. Like how do you mess up plane cheese pizza. The breadsticks were crushed and cinnamon rolls were also cold. Worst experience ever.

I went to Pizza Hut on Sunday, May 15, 2022, located on Maryland Ave. NE in Washington DC, behind Safeway. I placed my order over the phone while I was on my way there. I decided to order the Dinner Box, which included two pizzas, a choice of one pasta, breadsticks, and boneless chicken. It was delicious, and the food arrived in a long box and was still hot. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated that I could add or make changes for a small fee. The Dinner Box is a fantastic idea!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm here on a business trip. Ordered a pizza at 6:15pm and did not receive it until. 9:30pm I called to talk to someone at the store location she was rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do about me receiving my pizza 3 hours later mind you this after I've paid and waited for 2 hours. Then she puts her manager on the phone who is also unprofessional and gives me attitude by saying Yes I'm here go ahead I'm listening She then says to me we don't have control over that and we can't do anything to fix it that they don't have drivers and they use door dash to deliver there pizza.
