Updated:. This place has improved. I give it credit. The pizzas are properly cooked now and taste better.

I hardly ever order pizza hut but i decided to give it a try yesterday and two out of the four pizzas I ordered was wrong

Update: I contacted the e-mail and they said someone would be reaching out and no one responded after I emailed again to see what was going on. Not sure if I would trust doing business here as they do not follow through with customer service. I ordered delivery and the pizza driver literally hit my patio and destroyed part of my bricks. I had to wait for police to come and my food was cold.

I placed my order through the Pizza Hut app on Sunday afternoon. When I arrived, I couldn’t click the “I’m Here” button because it wasn't available. I tried refreshing the app and even called the number listed, but when a gentleman answered, he said he would transfer me to the local store. Unfortunately, the call just rang without anyone picking up. I ended up having to go inside to pick up my order, which I would have preferred to have brought to my car like at other Pizza Hut locations, especially due to COVID concerns. After a mistake in their order, my sister-in-law was told by Jill that she would give her a free medium pizza next time. Unfortunately, when she tried to call for the comped pizza while I was in town, I witnessed the employee getting so nasty and rude. And not only her nasty attitude, she HUNG UP on my sister-in-law while she was trying to explain the situation. This isn't even the first issue with this particular location. This was such a bad experience with Pizza Hut that I won't be visiting my local Pizza Hut again in a different city. I decided to go to Pizza Hut in person to confront her about her behavior, but she refused to engage and told me she was going to refund my order and that I should never come back. I've been a loyal customer at this Pizza Hut for 20 years, and to be treated this way is completely unacceptable. I asked her why she hung up on me and for her name, but she refused to provide any information. Due to this incident, I missed the presidential debate, and it has been really weighing on me. Employee(s) intentionally messing around with your food 4/26 9:30pm takeout My pizza had about 6 full toppings but all of them came as half toppings. My pizza was also not cut properly. If a topping or two was forgotten or not cut properly I would understand that mistakes can be made but when not a single topping was missing, I knew it was intentional. The employee also did not say a word when I went to pick up the order. (I also tipped 10% for the carryout) I know its just a pizza at the end of the day, but I have lost all my trust.
