Waited 30 min drive thru for 1 sandwich. Meanwhile they served 10 people before they got to me. Then didn’t give me the drink I ordered. I told them and waited another 5 minutes. Then went inside to ask…entry level

there is always only 1 person who works the front counter each time. super slow inside service. waited over 15 minutes, just to order something to eat and wait another 15 for my order. don't go in for your food. you better go to the drive thru. they were warned.

Inside closed at 8PM on a weekday. Drive thru line is wrapped around the building. How Popeye's executives keep their jobs is beyond me. Worst run fast food corporation in the US. EVERY location I visit is a train wreck. Witnessed at least 5 groups of customers try to go in/leave, or just exit the line/leave. Chick FIL A owns you and lives in your nightmares. When I Tell You That was The Best Damn Popeyes I Had In The South *side note Food Up North has different tastes still good tho but Anyway My Son and I Got 5 peace tenders combo he got mash I Got Red Beans it was soooo goood and fresh I End Up wanting to try the Mac and Cheese , that Mac and cheese hit my soul differently you hear me lol The only reason they got a 4 star rating because them biscuits were hockey pucks cooked em too long but Customer Service was a1 it was clean no wait time and wasn’t crowded 100% recommended

Oh, my God, my first time to eat Popeyes. When I say it was delicious and well seasoned, it's an understatement. The chicken, fries and cookies were from the chains. Your chefs are just at the point. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. If you're in the area of Cobb Parkway, don't hesitate to taste their delicious dishes from Dj and Mr Eddie. The cashier is so professional, cordial, friendly and extraordinary service his name is Lynn so please say hello for me. Trust me that you do not regret spending your money because you will be satisfied and happy

Ordered online....upon arriving at restaurant:1. No utensils, napkins, sauce included with order. 2. Shorted a biscuit from our order. 3. Had to ask for beverage ordered as part of online order. 4. Ordered mild chicken tenders....was given several spicy as part of the order.I can get equal or better quality food with better service for the same price elsewhere, and will probably do so in the future. I've experienced similar poor service at other Popeyes locations, and to be blunt, if this is the best they can do, I would suggest in the interest of preserving the investment of the owners, wind down and liquidate the business. This is the best Popeyes I've ever visited! It's one of those locations that some might consider to have a bit of a rough edge, but it's not overwhelmingly so. They consistently have the menu items available, and the customer service is exceptional for a Popeyes. I've never encountered any rudeness here, which is notable as a white customer. Although they're quite busy, they manage to prepare everything in about 15 minutes, rather than the 30 minutes or even an hour you might find at other locations. The management here must be excellent because the staff work efficiently and with great attitude. Yes, it's still a Popeyes, but it's truly a standout one.

This establishment is very organized and the counter person is extremely friendly and efficient. This Popeyes has the formula correct clean the food is fresh and taste like Popeye should taste everything was absolutely perfect. Lately the Popeye chain has gone downhill in Canton Georgia, on Memorial Drive in two locations there in Smyrna. Most of these Popeye smell like old grease I'm not clean and efficient and believe it or not runs out of chicken. The Popeyes or Memorial Drive did not have any chicken the customers had to wait 20 to 30 minutes and the manager never said anything or compensated. This popeyes here in Marietta Cobb Parkway, excellent I'll keep returning.

Hey, you reading this, I wanna make you laugh at my disappointment. They got a teenager that's a new manager at night. Don't come here when she here, line gone be from here to Disney Land. ??? She don't know what the hell she doing.. ??‍ The dark skin manager polite and professional. Poor baby, she don't never have nobody on her shift. She always makes my meal fresh and accurate. And the workers bruh...GHETTO, RUDE RATCHET.. they got this lil boujee light skin girl that be taking orders... Disrespectful as hell.
