"I visited Portillo’s Greenfield and placed my order and sat inside 8/26/22. Our order came fresh but we had been given a burger instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered. As I got up with my receipt to correct the mistake your employee Vito swiftly assisted me before I could even approach the counter. He was so friendly and caring and took care of it right away. Got our chicken sandwich fresh, and brought over a chocolate cake slice for the inconvenience. It was my grandmother’s favorite before she past and her heavenly birthday is tomorrow, so this made me really sentimental. I just wanted to thank Vito for his kindness and great service, and wanted his great service to be recognized. I will recommend this location to everyone I know. Thank you for the great service and making the moment special! Btw the Chicago style(Portillo) style jumbo dogs are the BEST!!!"

My family and I love Portillos and since we don't have any near us, it's a treat when we return to Chicago, Arizona and Southern California. Quality is usually consistent and price is appropriate. awe loved the holiday chocolate peppermint shook this time as we had never tried. View menu

I stopped here at 6pm on 5/31/22 and was very pleased. The person working outside of the food window asked if I tried the lemon cake shake and if I would like to try it free of charge. I can see why he wanted me to try it because I love it very much! Thank you for the great experience!

I have loved Portillo's since living in Chicago today heading back to Atlanta. I had to stop as always food was fresh and hot. The best polish sausage sandwich now an an Italian for later. I came right as they open service was excellent. Thank you. Every experience here is phenomenal. I'll be back for sure.

It feels like you're cheating on their famous Italian beef if you don't order when you're there, but literally everything on the menu is spectacular. The burgers are amazing and you have heard it here first... Try the fish sandwich. Seriously. Surprisingly big. And of course, the Chicago Dogs are world famous. View menu

Great food! Great service! I love how you can see how to make your food (my favorite BY FAR is the Italian beef. OR, you can browse the dining area and check the many autograph images of famous people who have been to Portillo's. Also TONS of things from all over the 1900s You even have an old map (1920s-1940s perhaps?

I got there at 10:15 right before their 10:30 close (after a long shift at the hospital) and still got amazing food and service. I highly recommend the fish! The fries were great as well. I will definitely be back. Please note google is incorrect as the drive through is open until 10:30. Also please note they do not sell salads past 10pm
