"If I had to rate my dissatisfaction on a scale of one to ten, it would be a solid fifteen. From the moment I walked in, I greeted the staff twice, only to be met with the question, "Are you here to pick up or are you going to order?" That was enough for me to leave and head to MOD Pizza, and I'm so glad I did. I really believe that if I had stayed and ordered, I would have regretted it. While at MOD, I noticed another customer walk into Potbelly and immediately turn around and leave, just like I did. If you value respect and appreciate great customer service, I'd recommend avoiding this place. But ultimately, the choice is yours."

Had the Roast beef with everything, but onion plus avocado (and they stacked it) and it was delicious.. One of my fav sandwicj joints.

This is a pretty great sandwich place! I tried their broccoli and cheese soup, and it was delicious. I also had the Italian sandwich, which was tasty as well. Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program to earn points!

Had an issue with a prior order but the manager Issac made everything right! I've been coming here the past several months and besides the one issue, everything is always great and on point! Potbelly is my new favorite go to for subs and soup!
