Pretzelmaker - Menu

On June 23rd, I absolutely loved the pretzels and pretzel bites. They make for fantastic snacks!

It's a decent place to eat a nice and salty treat! Although, beware the food is alittle expensive!

The pretzels are actually amazing and so are the lemonades my favorites being pretzels in cinnamon sugar and the raspberry lemonade but I'd say it hit the spot

Went in and tried a pretzel with cheese in it, it was great, the person in front of ne ordered four shook that's what I ordered, I was informed you could only get eight or sixteen, what is that about???? View menu

My Daughter loves the mini bites none salted We just think that the small container for the different sauces and the cheese should be bigger or 50 cents each or even better 25 cents for that tiny container it's ridiculous!!

The service was prompt, but I do have an issue with the prices—they seem inflated. I paid $9 for a large order of pretzel bites that came with just one small packet of cheese. The last time I went, I ordered a single pretzel with spicy cheese, and that was $7. I’m truly shocked at how expensive a pretzel is here. It’s not like they’re gourmet pretzels made from the finest ingredients. That’s just my impression from the last four visits.

Went there 10/8/22. An employee named James took our order. Upon ordering a large combo he stated there are no large cups. I asked for clarification and he looked at me like he was annoyed. I simply did not know if he meant large pretzel cups or drink cups. The kid is as rude as his bad Edgar haircut. Didn’t even say thank you upon handing me my receipt. Proceeded to have a personal conversation with someone behind me. I understand good help is hard to find but these kind of employees hurt your business. Keep the riff Raf out of the mall. He doesn’t deserve the minimum wage he’s getting paid. View menu
