"Not surprising at all. I'm not sure if she's just clueless or under the influence. I've encountered multiple issues with my orders. Last time, my salad arrived without any dressing, making it extremely dry. This time, I ordered a hamburger but received a cheeseburger instead. I’m allergic to milk and dislike cheese, which I clearly communicated to her. It was incredibly disappointing. She did apologize and acknowledged it was a mistake, but one mistake is understandable; when it happens more than twice, it becomes a real problem. I hadn’t even finished explaining the dry salad issue when she hung up on me. If they're wondering why their business is declining, it’s because they have employees who don’t care about their customers. How could she hang up on me? Only someone foolish would do that instead of trying to resolve the situation. I won’t waste my money there again. I'm on my lunch break, and I don't have time for these kinds of mistakes."

Better than the competition just a block away! I wish I had taken pictures, but I got too excited to eat. I highly recommend their bacon breakfast croissants and their fully loaded cheeseburgers!

The staff at this place is so unbelievably rude! Keep walking and go literally any other place. The girl that was behind the counter shouldn’t be allowed to serve the public with the attitude she has.

Really great sandwiches for a 24-hour convenience store, service can be lousy or great depending on who’s working, but you’ll probably wind up there at 2am if you’re going to the quarter so be thankful the food’s so good

I visited this restaurant several times while working in town. Most of the food was excellent, but I did find the red beans and rice to be quite bland, lacking in seasoning and spice. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with both the food and the service.

Came in here to get a water and let my toddler cool off (since it’s 100 degrees outside) and the chick behind the counter told us the seating was for “deli only” and that we couldn’t sit in there for a minute when there was literally no one else on the street, let alone the store. If you want to avoid getting eyes rolled at you, go somewhere else.
