"I am writing this review because I am sick and tired of this small diner. The owner is RUDE AS HELL!!!!! They are consistently making mistakes on our orders here at work. When I call them to let them know he is arrogant, rude and does not let you finish talking when he is hanging up the phone on you. He should not have a business. I don't know who he thinks he is but he does NOT treat his customers with respect. That place should close down just because he is the OWNER."

"This diner is terrible. The management said they charged my card 3 times and then said my card kept declining. I was confused but ended up having a friend pay for my end of the order. Then I see that my account was charged for the meal after a few hours later. I call my bank and they said my card was charged 7 times prior to it being charged on my account, the place literally stole from me."

"To say I was highly disappointed with my experience here would be an understatement. I was with my family of 5 which included three young children and we did not receive communication from a staff member upon sitting down for 15 minutes and that was only because I got up to seek a staff member. At this point we ordered our appetizer, drinks and meals. Sadly, we did not receive our drink orders or silverware for another 10 minutes. Our food arrived in shifts and was not very good. We were unable to get refills on our drinks until we sought out staff. Plates were never removed from our table and our table quickly became cluttered. Finally, we couldn't find a staff member to get a check. I had to get up, find a staff member and ask for a check. As someone who worked in the service industry throughout high school and college I understand the challenges that comes with working in this field. I have great admiration and respect for individuals who work in this field and typically understand that service can be slow based on factors out of the hands of employees, this however, was not the case . The staff here had horrific attitudes and the poor service was due to negligence and a lack of effort. I have been eating at diners for almost 40 years and have never had service this poor. I will tell anyone who will listen to avoid this establishment. Lastly, for me to take the time to write this review should let you know how disgusted I am about how my family and I were treated."

"Dubrovnik was fabulous. I had been hesitant to go since the menu online seemed somewhat small, but the whole experience was great. My husband and I were lucky enough to get out for a date night, but had a reservation for outdoor seating at We were seated on their upper patio, which, while it was not as gorgeous as the garden area downstairs, did provide us with a pretty cool view of the huge oven in which they cook many of their dishes. The service was attentive and warm, wines were expertly recommended and tasty, and everything we ordered to eat was incredibly fresh, and simple yet delicious. The menu that we actually chose from had numerous specials and was much larger than their everyday menu posted online. We had oysters, grilled shrimp and octopus the best I've ever had!, and then shared a whole grilled John Dory fish. Everything was great! We felt very safe eating there, and although we were outside, the indoor seating appeared to be socially distantevery seat was taken by the time we left. We'll definitely be returning.
