"What happened to simple Customer Service? After placing my order and when my order was presented to me I never received a simple Thank You. This is not the first time I've received this level of service from this location. Does anyone or the management appreciate their customer any more? Do I need to leave a large tip to get someone's attention? I always felt a gratuity is for service that goes beyond the basic task of doing the work. Is saying Thank You a lost skill today?"

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I am a vegetarian and was pleasantly surprised to find speck in the spinach salad. They quickly replaced it with nuts, giving the salad a nice crunch. It was absolutely delicious.

I loved this place. You order at the counter and get your own drinks, and surprisingly, the food is really light and healthy. There are a lot of salad sandwich spots that drowned their vegetables in dressing for coat there nuts in sugar. This was both delicious send it for me.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and clean. The vegetarian sandwich was delicious, but could have used some spice in the vegetables. The penne pasta with Alfredo sauce was mild, but very creamy. The children's portion size was just right. Some items were a bit pricey, but I would definitely return.

How tough would it be to just slightly step it up and make some yummy homemade ranch instead? How tough would it be to see that fries are not cooked all the way?
