"My child's father wanted to go to this place I did not agree with him from the past bad experiences I have had at this place but we were riding the scooters this day so I thought what the heck we can go we ordered something very simple we ordered the large parmesan fries and even though we were the only people they're ordering are fries were not fresh they piled on that parmesan and butter like we were not going to notice that the fires were still and that they were old but I made sure that they can hear me complain because if you only have one customer you should make sure that everything is straight and it shouldn't matter how many customers you have this place really needs to take in consideration of treating people how they want to be treated I work in customer service and I deal with customers everyday but there is a difference in the way that I carry myself the store that I work at in a customer's I deal with I treat people how I want to be treated I keep the store clean how will clean my home and when it comes to cooking food and everything else for a customer I cook it with love because I know that is how I would want someone to treat my food so as far as this place I will never be back and my child's father will never be back and they can keep getting bad reviews I'm still surprised that that place is still standing and they are only standing because people be hungry and they don't be wanting McDonald's all the time so they go there but that place is too small for them not to be taking pride in their job but that is the problem with stuff these days a lot of people have jobs but they do not take pride in their jobs they don't even like being at their jobs so nine times out of 10 if a person don't like being at their job they are not going to make sure everything is the way it's supposed to be so again this place gets I wish I had 10 thumbs 10 thumbs down"

The new chicken strips are pretty good. The fries are always great. But the frozen lemonade is too sweet. There's only one rally in our area. We need more.

We went thru the drive thru and it was ok, not fast although 2 thumbs up for them because they had no already cooked burgers that we ordered so we waited for fresh ones to be made. They were good burgers and the fries were most excellent too! Thank you Rally's for striving for excellence. You made it.

The food here is amazing but the service is very slow even when its dead. While waiting for my food i saw 3 people pull up to the drive thru and then drive away after 5 min of waiting with noone answering them. Hopefully they can get that together and have better customer service. The lady with the black and blond hair braids usually helps fast the others never seem to care

Customer service is a problem at this location. I always get rude workers at the window that practically throw my bag of food to me. Not a word out of them, smile, nothing. And their drive thru speaker is very outdated, which I kindly told them when I pulled up to the window. They didn't say anything back. I no longer like going to this location, which is a shame because the food is good, but the poor customer service takes away from the delicious food experience.
