"What a fun stop! I don't often see Italian ice plates, so I was excited to try one at this Dairy Queen today. The young ladies working were friendly and patient as I made my selection. I was happy that there was no line behind me. There is an arrow on the door pointing to the server window, so I'm not sure if the dining area is open or not. I chose a twist with ice cream on top in a larger cup, allowing for 2 or 3 flavors of ice cream - with countless flavors to choose from. I opted for two water-based flavors (though there are also creamy options) and found both the taste and texture to be excellent. The ice cream was soft serve with a creamy, custard-like texture and a delightful vanilla flavor. The menu is so extensive that I plan on returning to try more items. I'm looking forward to trying a sundae with some of their fresh toppings next time."

The majority of the dishes are delicious and there are many choices available. The only downside is that you can't dine indoors, so it's best to avoid this place when the weather is bad.

I'm from dallas. I never had that. we have blue bell. this place is so great. I've been here 4 times now. it's like soft serve and a snow cone went on a date and made a baby called Italian ice. the orange and cream is legit. the only taste I tried. 4 times, they're coming to dallas ralph! View menu

It's been a while since I last visited Ralph's, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu! They offer a variety of ice cream options, both hard and soft serve, as well as shakes, acai bowls, and a selection of ices. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the space is clean.

I come to this location very often and usually never have any problems. However after visiting last night I will never be returning again and will be finding a new locationI purchased four different items One of the items had severe freezer burn and didn't taste right after returning to the counter within minutes and explaining that it tasted bad and tasted like it had freezer burn them manager said well there's nothing I can do about it you would need to purchase a new one I have never experienced this type of customer service at this location and due to this will never be returning. They lost a long-time customer over a six dollar ice
