"We had an excellent server. It was excruciating trying to get a table. The restaurant was about 20% full. We showed up ten minutes early and watched in amazement as the front person/manager struggled to find us a table for 25 minutes. Kitchen was also very slow. Given all of this, we asked for some of the game pads and those not in use seemed broken. All that being said, food was ok. Both boys enjoyed very good fried shrimp and the biscuits did not disappoint. They also did a very good job with sides and salads. It seems that management needs a more hands on approach here. Had my boys not had their hearts set on Red Lobster, I would have moved to a neighboring restaurant given our lack of service at the front for the first 25 minutes. Plus, the lobster tank was empty during Lobsterfest. Not a good look."

We have enjoyed Red Lobster's for years. Uncle Walt's fried shrimp and cheese biscuits can't be beat. Our waiter, Tennessee, was terrific. We were waited on quickly, and he checked on us often.

Do you want freezer-burned seafood? Well, that's what you get now. It used to be nice and fresh at Red Lobster, but not any more. The shrimp cocktail was worse than the bargain-brand frozen shrimp at Kroger. The Maine lobster tail has been obviously frozen, and lobster does not freeze well. It has gotten consistently bad, on trips in November 2020 and March 2021. Prices are high, as if everything is high-end fresh seafood, making this an extremely poor value for the money. The only thing left that is worth having is the live lobster out of the tank, and the lobster tank in the lobby is still there. That is not enough. We are not planning a return anytime soon.
