Red Lobster - Menu

The meal was delicious. I believe the waiter was new. He was polite but we had to ask for things such as straws , plates for our appetizer and refills on drinks. We all have to start somewhere. It was a Friday nite and he did not have a lot of experience.

Great evening with family. Loved the food. Waiter was ok. It is Typical red lobster. Never disappoints. But each one that we’ve ever been to hesitant instead of cleanliness rules and or lack there of. This restaurant although food was good the service was OK restaurant could stand to have an overhaul or upsweep and cleaning.

We were blown away by the culinary experience at Here is the Sky! It has been the best since we arrived in June. We originally came for the scallops, as we had heard that there are special qualities in them that can improve memory. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding food and service. We felt like royalty dining here. Also, don't forget to try the delicious cookies!

This restaurant's food is fantastic! Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. Since they do not have outdoor seating we have to get it to go. They never make mistakes with our order. The food is always so good. Their brussel sprouts are so good. Their parrot shrimp is also so good. But all the food we order is so good. I got a free chocolate cake for my birthday. It was so good. Never disappointed. Not all Red Lobster restaurants are good. So, I am so glad that the Sebring one is good.

5 years ago I went to Red Lobster and ordered King crab...54.00 a plate. When I got the order I got split shells...most of the meat had been stripped out. I called the manager who told me that was what it was. After five years we decided to try again...my husband needed a lobster fix...it is their lobster fest after all. My husband ordered the surf and turf. He got what looked like one crawdad. Rather than deal with the manager I just asked them to bring the biggest lobster they have, which was about a 6 oz tail and cooked to perfection.It may be a while before we go back.. View menu

Red Lobster has made significant improvements in recent months. The food and menu choices have gotten better, but the most notable improvement is in the service. Our server, Cece, has been outstanding during our last 3 or 4 visits. She is truly the best! If you're having a bad day, ask for Cece. She makes you feel like the only customer in the restaurant with her friendly and cheerful demeanor. Cece is the perfect server in every way, providing excellent service and a sweet personality that enhances the dining experience. Thank you, Cece, for always making us feel special at Red Lobster.

Been coming for quite a long time. I frequent quite a bit. The food is satisfactory. The service can be a bit slow at times, but not enough to be a serious problem. The drinks are good, but cost as much as any other chain restaurant. Management Is nice. Although, I will say that some staff get away with quite a bit. Overall this is a nice place to dine, but I doesn't scream Best place ever Portions are good, you can also eat for 10$ or less if you just look at the entire menu. I wouldn't say this place is too expensive at all. The reward system is nice when you visit often. The servers are very friendly. If there ever is an issue, the manager is quick to respond. Don't expect perfection, but...

there were clearly some problems with restaurant management. our server was new, but has made a reasonable job to keep us informed about delays. we ordered drinks and beer that was not available on the menu. I ordered sangria and was served a margarita. I guess that was bar-tender mistake. we waited a very long time for the drinks that are served and then waited for the right drinks again. the bartender was busy chatting with customers who sit at the bar while we waited on our table. 2 of us ordered cloves and were served chickens. when we entered the restaurant, we felt that the problems were in the bar and in the kitchen. as our server told us, he waited while the kitchen to correct our or...
