This restaurant was a fantastic spot in the square of Independence, Missouri, but it completely shut down at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. People...

I drove over 20 miles to this restaurant in March 2022, only to find it permanently closed. I have no idea how to remove this listing to prevent others from making the same wasted trip.

I’m not sure why this restaurant only has 3 stars, as my dining experience was excellent. The space is quite spacious, and the service was good—just a bit slow at times, but nothing too concerning. View menu

This restaurant offers excellent Southern-style cuisine. The chicken was incredibly tender and fell right off the bone. The mac and cheese was both delicious and wonderfully cheesy. As for the potato salad, I'm not quite sure about it.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! We were feeling hungry and happened to be nearby when we discovered this gem. Everything we tried was amazing and incredibly authentic. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

It's not Rheinland, but Ain't Yo Mama's is fantastic! The service is great, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I ordered the smothered chicken with mashed potatoes and greens, plus a side of cornbread. I was too hungry to take a photo, but I will definitely return. It's a family-owned business, and they're a wonderful company to be around! View menu

Didn't have food that was on the menu didn't get all our food orders were wrong and no one seemed to want to correct it not satisfied with the service or the food portions were very small for the price 1st pic was roast and potatoes but got dressing instead for $13.00 never got my order corrected even though I asked several times bowl was $12.00 chicken and dressing. Dressing was very soggy no flavor at all

This is now called Ain 't Yo Moma 's Kitchen , and believe me if my mother cooked like this we would have dined out a lot.First, the help. The young lady was rude. Acted like we were interrupting her. The food, OMG was it bad! I had the baked chicken and dressing. The chicken was fall off the bone tender, it had absolutely no flavor. The dressing was so moist I thought I would have to drain it. I had the geens as a side, they were like eating green crate paper with no seasoning. Every chicken dish that came out was the same, except for the BBQ which was the same chicken with a side of bbq sauce. Unless you like boiled leg quarters, don 't eat here. Very very disappointing

Rheinland is no longer here. New business called Ain 't Yo Momma Kitchen But it sure reminds me of Grammie 's cooking! The roast beef was so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork! Cooked seasoned to perfection! No salt or pepper needed! I also had the mashed potatoes, greens. No overbearing garlic taste, potatoes were spot- on! The greens were delicious, no viniger taste at all! Nice size portions, filled the plate! The menue is short sweet! Prompt, pleasant courteous service! If you 're looking for a good old-fashioned home-cooked meal you will not be disappointed! Located on the North East corner of the theater parking lot.
