"This was my 2nd time in a week at Jinya, and I have to say my experience last night was far better than the first. The host who greeted us was very friendly and our server, Jacob and he was very attentive, patient and friendly. The good came out timely and everything was delicious. There are so many times when we try a new ramen place, and it doesn’t live up its hype. Junta’s broth —-hits the spot! The yuzu shio had real yuzu flavor, the Tonkotsu broth was beautiful and carried its weight with the flavors. The gyozas were full of pork flavor which I prefer instead of tasting ginger/vegetables. We were impressed with the kids meal the most! It contained a bowl of butter ramen, fried chicken, French fries, a bowl of rice topped with minced meat and woodear mushrooms. Oh my son reminded me that it also came with a lollipop! For a restaurant in Hawaii…you can go wrong for a kids meal that size for less than $9!!! For a party of 7, appetizers, ramen. drinks and sale for just about $200..this was not bad pricing at all!! We will definitely be back and I hope we have Jacob as our server again!"

Just very dark where they put us. I had to use my iphone flashlight to see the menu items. Other than that it everything else was great.

Lunch special for $20 is a fabulous deal so onolicious. Chicken rice bowl, thin noodles ramen deep fried chicken with tossed greens. Can't wait to go again!

We had an excellent dinner at Robata jINYA! We shared all the dishes, and everything was delicious. The raw fish was extremely fresh, and each dish offered its own unique flavor! View menu

Food was good but service was horrible. They didn’t bring us the water we asked for. They brought our food out but not at the same time. They forgot one of our orders so I had to ask for it when pretty much the rest of the table was almost done with their food. Then they brought us food that we did not order. It didn’t seem like they were organized.

The soft shell crab was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. I’d never tried an A5 Wagyu roll before, but it definitely lived up to its reputation—top-notch beef! The sashimi, chosen by the chef, was also delightful, leaving us wanting more. I’m thinking of going for the Omakase next time. The Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc was a true work of art; they "noodle" the sweet potato right in front of you.
