As a vegetarian, this place is a life saver when I want a fresh healthy meal but don't feel like cooking. I highly recommend the hot bar meals and the chickpea of the sea wraps. The vitamin section is also great, lots of options and great prices.

I’m an out of towner and after reading the reviews I went here. They are not less in price. Aldi is way less. They are Whole Food prices. I can’t see spending $7.98 for organic cook eggs… when I can go to Trader Joes and get 6 cooked whole eggs for $3.99. Banana was .99 lb TJ .19cents each Case water $20 TJ $7 I left after buying can coffee on sale and a mini carrot cake $7.99 They did offer good fresh foods without junk on them.. like plain rice, chicken and sweet potatoes… EXPENSIVE place View menu

I shop here all the time. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. I love that the market is small and a lot of the items they carry are local. I think they have a great wine and beer section as well as gluten-free items. The cafe is quite large, and you can grab food and go, which makes it easy if you want to take those items to work. They have a lot of gluten-free options in the cafe as well. I had a chance to try the new boujee Smoothies which are made from 100% fruit and they are really good. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I buy my vitamins there. They have a good selection of vitamins to choose from. Staff is very helpful in helping purchase the right vitamins for my needs. They are very helpful and very professional. I love going in there to see all the neat and great products they sell. It is convenient and close to my home. Parking is great and easily accessible. Very convenient. They also have a nutritionist that helps you choose the best product for your health needs. When you call they always have someone that will help you to discuss and answer any questions you may have.

My wife does a great deal of grocery shopping here, as we live a couple blocks away. The place is clean, organized well, and all of the employees are friendly. But the hidden gem (for me) is the beer selection and, most importantly, the knowledge from theirstaff. Neal is there to guide you on their new additions, profiles, and personal recommendations. You?ll find the ?hard tofind? brews here thanks to their connections and dedication to the industry. Another plus is 95% of the selection is cold andready to consume once you get home.
