"I ordered a ribeye but received what appeared to be a sirloin. I didn't send it back, even though the server offered to, as long as they had prepared it properly. However, when I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the manager had removed the entire cost of the duck from my check. I paid $27.97 for a disappointing chicken Caesar salad at Ruby Tuesday's. For nearly twice the price, I received just a few pieces of chicken on a bed of lettuce. I won't be ordering from here again.

The food was excellent! I ordered the ribeye steak, and it was both delicious and flavorful—absolutely perfect. I also sampled their steak quesadilla, and that was enjoyable as well. I’ll definitely be returning for more!

I ordered the 8oz sirloin, and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned. The grilled zucchini was incredible and has definitely become a new favorite of mine. Our server was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment of our meal. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately the Rubys Cheeseburger* was super soggy. The meat was cooked to the preferred temperature though! The New Orleans Seafood was okay, the fish was a little bland but the shrimp was really tasty as well as the sauce. The rice pilaf and broccoli saved the fish. Overall the meal was decent. The wait was a bit lengthy, but the food was excellently prepared and absolutely delicious! We had steak that was packed with flavor, and the honey bourbon ribs were so tender they practically fell off the bone. They were so good that I finished everything on my plate! The chef even came by to check on us, which was a nice touch. Overall, I honestly have to give it a 5-star rating!

I would give it a zero if I could. The fish and fries were disappointing. The fish had no flavor and tasted like paper. There was no tartar sauce or any condiments provided. The fried zucchini consisted of only five slices—very underwhelming. The fries were as tough as cardboard. We received three drinks but no straws. The only decent item was the corn coleslaw, which was actually edible.
