"The food was terrible, and the customer service was just as bad. I ordered a Caesar salad, but it came topped with onions, peppers, and tomatoes instead of the expected ingredients, all on a bed of iceberg lettuce. To make matters worse, they forgot the dressing. The fries were inedible, soaked in grease. I contacted the female manager, who claimed that "people usually don't have an issue with our food." It was clear that they didn't care at all. She also mentioned that DoorDash would provide a refund, but I'll be informing DoorDash about her response."

I absolutely adore Russo's! It's our favorite place for hamburgers. We typically order takeout for dinner, and the prices are very reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. Both the food and service are exceptional, deserving a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend you try the steak!

In my opinion, the bread is the key to their success. It reminds me of my childhood and our dear Italian neighbor. Whenever she baked bread, she'd invite us kids to relax in her hammock beneath the grapevines and enjoy every delicious bite of her wonderful bread! With Russo's fantastic bread, welcoming service, a wide range of authentic Italian dishes, and a warm atmosphere, they have everything that makes for a great dining experience.
